Research On Rural Landscape Evaluation From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

The period from 2018 to 2020 is a three-year period for poverty alleviation,the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the eradication of absolute poverty.At the same time,we must realize that relative poverty still exists,and rural areas are still one of the main battlefields for the eradication of relative poverty.At present,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,rural research focuses on village planning,landscape planning,etc.,but most existing studies fail to reveal the poor integration between targeted poverty alleviation and rural landscape,and the poor integration between targeted poverty alleviation and rural landscape,and few rural landscape evaluations from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation are available.Through the construction of the rural landscape evaluation model from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,it is expected to provide certain theoretical and practical reference for the landscape evaluation and planning design of rural areas in the current and continuous period of poverty alleviation.This article first carries on the in-depth interpretation to the targeted poverty alleviation.Precision is the core of targeted poverty alleviation.Rural areas provide society with cultural,production and ecological functions.Targeted poverty alleviation measures also start from culture,industry and ecology.There is a close relationship between cultural,industrial and ecological poverty alleviation and the cultural,industrial and ecological landscapes in rural areas.Secondly,based on the principles of science,accuracy,systematicness and applicability,the Delphi method based on double triangular fuzzy number is used to screen the evaluation factors of the indicator layer,taking cultural landscape,industrial landscape and ecological landscape as the criterion layer,and finally select 15 evaluation factors.Then,the evaluation factor weight of criterion layer and index layer was calculated by ahp,and the comprehensive evaluation model was built.Finally,taking the pomegranate valley village in shijiazhuang city as the research object,landscape samples were selected,scoring principles were determined,and questionnaires were issued to villagers,tourists and members of the poverty alleviation team.After statistical analysis,the comprehensive score of the landscape of pomegranate valley village was 7.157.The comprehensive score of industrial landscapeand cultural landscape is higher than that of ecological landscape.The comprehensive scores of local characteristics,gardens,traditional streets and lanes,and village green coverage rate were higher,while the comprehensive scores of water environment quality,greenhouses,plant configuration and landscape plant diversity were lower.In view of this result,the optimization strategy is put forward to improve the factors with low score in comprehensive evaluation and slightly adjust the factors with high score.Specific optimization measures are formulated,such as strictly controlling the style of new residential buildings,encouraging "repair it as old",cleaning up the river garbage,and creating stacked water landscape.
