| With the vigorous development of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in China in recent years.more and more photovoltaic power generation poverty alleviation projects have been invested,some problems have also followed:many areas have problems such as choosing the type of photovoltaic power station to build at will,which will help the later operation and maintenance of the grid.Consumption has brought a lot of pressure;some areas have problems such as difficulty in operation and maintenance,lack of operation and maintenance.etc.,causing the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power plants in our province to be greatly discounted,which has an adverse impact on the effect of poverty alleviation.To this end,this paper analyzes the main problems in the operation and maintenance and selection of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants at this stage,as well as the various operation and maintenance modes and influencing factors in the selection of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants,using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and intuitionistic fuzzy sets and other algorithms to obtain The best choice for poverty alleviation photovoltaic model selection and operation and maintenance mode has practical engineering significance for the development and safe operation of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation industry in various regions.Analyze the current dilemma in the selection of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants,take the four aspects of operation and maintenance capacity,absorption capacity,power quality and income as the criterion layer,take the influencing factors of various aspects as the index layer,and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish and select A hierarchical structure model with suitable photovoltaic power plant type as the target.By calculating the weight values of the influencing factors at all levels,the selection method of the photovoltaic power station is obtained.Through case analysis,the feasibility and guiding role of this method in the selection of photovoltaic power station types are verified.Analyze the current main problems in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants for poverty alleviation,the main content of the operation and maintenance work in the entire life cycle of comprehensive poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants and the characteristics of typical operation and maintenance modes,and select operation stability.natural environment,operation and maintenance expertise,and external policies And other aspects as the criterion layer,combined with the above four aspects as the index layer,using the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,establish a hierarchical structure model with the goal of selecting the photovoltaic power plant operation and maintenance mode,which is a reference to the existing poverty alleviation photovoltaic operation and maintenance at this stage.The model is compared in the two dimensions of technology and economy,and the weight value of each influencing factor is calculated to obtain the selection method of the photovoltaic power plant operation and maintenance model.Through case analysis,the feasibility of this method in the selection of photovoltaic power plant operation and maintenance mode is verified,and on this basis,optimization suggestions based on actual conditions are put forward.The evaluation model for the selection and operation and maintenance of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants proposed in this paper can comprehensively and systematically reflect the actual needs of the current village-level poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plant type selection and operation and maintenance management.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of early-stage construction and mid-and late-stage operation and maintenance models of poverty alleviation photovoltaic projects in various regions,and provides technical support for the sustainable development of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in various regions. |
