| Fire is a global disaster that seriously threatens the safety of human life and property.With the rapid expansion of urban scale,urban fire has become one of the most concerned safety issues.In recent years,the concept of "resilience" has been gradually introduced into the field of urban disaster prevention and mitigation,so as to reflect the disaster prevention and resilience of the region from a comprehensive perspective.The continuous advancement of urbanization has made fire risk factors increasingly complex,and it is urgent to build urban fire protection systems in the direction of high quality and precision.To this end,this study is based on the concept of "resilience" and uses the PSR model as the analysis framework to comprehensively evaluate the resilience performance of urban fire safety and make a planning response strategy for resilience improvement.This study first defines the concept of urban fire safety resilience,starts from the basic characteristics of urban fire risk,and analyzes urban fire safety resilience from three parts: pressure resilience,state resilience,and response resilience.Secondly,combined with the development trend of urban fires,analyzing the characteristics of resilience,the composition and operating conditions of urban fire protection systems,based on the principles of relevant literature and standards,an evaluation index system for urban fire safety resilience was established,and the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,gray correlation degree and Spatial correlation analysis builds a toughness evaluation model.Then carry out empirical research,select the downtown area of Handan as the research object,and explore the key indicators that affect the comprehensive evaluation results of resilience by judging the correlation between each indicator and the urban fire safety resilience level.Finally,a planning strategy for resilience improvement is proposed.The comprehensive evaluation results and the analysis of related indicators summarize the planning suggestions for the resilience improvement of urban fire safety.According to the problems existing in the current urban fire protection system,it is proposed to improve the stability of the state from the avoidance and defense of pressure sources.The improvement planning strategy at three levels,optimization of response efficiency,provides new perspectives and ideas for the planning and construction of fire resilience prevention and control in Chinese cities.The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first,establish the urban fire safety resilience evaluation index system under the PSR model;second,use multi-source data to evaluate urban fire safety resilience;third,realize fire station Spatial visualization of linkage responses,improving the L-A model.The research results show that the fire safety resilience level of the central urban area of Handan presents certain spatial characteristics,among which the low toughness areas are concentrated in the old urban area;five indicators such as land use fire safety level are the key influencing factors;the proposal of the planning strategy makes the toughness The area with the first grade decreased by 6%,the second grade decreased by8%,and the third grade decreased by 4%,while the grade four area increased by 7%,and the fifth grade increased by 12%,the low toughness area was reduced,and the high toughness The area has been greatly improved. |
