| With the advancement of China’s ecological civilization construction and the gradual improvement of relevant standards for wooden strcture buildings,the research and application of modern wooden strcture building in China has developed to a new stage in recent years.The low-carbon,environmentally-friendly modern wooden strcture buildings undoubtedly have broader development prospects.The continuous development and long-term popularity of modern wooden strcture buildings in some developed countries also imply the superiority of modern wooden structure buildings,and the study of modern wooden strcture buildings is necessary and meaningful.However,the development of modern wooden structure construction in China started late,and there are few related research results.The applicability of modern wooden structure building in Qingdao has not been confirmed.At the same time,modern wooden strcture buildings are not the mainstream architectural form in China,wooden structure buildings are not well understood.It is considered that the wood structure has shortcomings such as fireproofing,poor corrosion resistance and low durability,and its recognition is not high.Through research on the literature,the author conducts on-the-spot investigations on the wooden structure buildings of Qingdao and the typical northern coastal cities of Tianjin and Yantai,and exchanges and learns with professionals.The applicability of modern wooden structure building in Qingdao City is discussed from several aspects,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of modern wooden strcture building in Qingdao,and also provides some ideas for the study of applicability of modern wood structure building in other northern coastal cities and other regions.The first chapter is the introduction part,expounds the research background of this topic,puts forward the research questions and research objects,explains the research purpose and research significance of the subject,and discusses the research status of modern wooden strcture building applicability at home and abroad.The content and research methods have proposed,and put forward the innovation and research framework of the thesis.The second chapter is an overview of the history of wooden structure buildings and the development of modern wooden structure buildings at home and abroad.Foreigncountries are represented by Japan,Europe and North America.The development of modern wooden structure buildings includes the following aspects: wooden structure building materials,relevant standard specifications,development of building technology,representative modern wooden structure buildings,etc.Then introduced the modern wooden structure building systems and its development status.Finally,analysis the development of modern wooden structure buildings at home and abroad by comparison,discuss the dilemma faced by the development of modern wooden structure buildings in China and propose the development strategy.The third chapter investigates the existing wooden structure buildings in Qingdao and other two typical northern coastal cities of Tianjin and Yantai,including traditional wooden structure buildings and modern wooden structure buildings.Then carry out the investigation and analysis of the applicability of the modern wooden structure buildings in these three cities.Finally,summarize the applicability of the modern wooden structure buildings in Qingdao and these two typical northern coastal citys,which shows the applicability and puts forward the problems of applicability of the modern wooden structure building in Qingdao and typical northern coastal cities.The fourth chapter first analyzes the climate environment of Qingdao and its impact on the applicability of modern wooden structure building.Then based on the research results in Chapter 3,study the optimization strategy of modern wooden structure building in Qingdao from the aspects of durability and thermal environment.The research on the optimization strategy of durability includes the research on the optimization strategy of modern wooden structure building which is susceptible to moisture corrosion,easy cracking and flammability.The optimization strategy of thermal environment is from the architectural design,building envelope structure and the use of building energy consumption simulation software.Research on various aspects.The fifth chapter takes the optimization of the thermal environment of Shuxiangmenshe in the Laoshan District of Qingdao as an example,and carries out the optimization research on the applicability of modern wooden structure construction in Qingdao.Firstly,through the establishment of the steel structure scheme of Shuxiangmenshe and the model of modern wood structure scheme,the building energy consumption simulation was carried out by De ST-h software,and the energy consumption of the two structural scheme buildings was compared and analyzed,andthe modern wood structure and steel structure were proved.Compared with superior comfort and energy saving.Subsequently,based on the modern wood structure scheme model of Shuxiang Menshe,the exterior wall structure and roof of the modern wood structure scheme of Shuxiang Menshe were changed according to the other two external wall construction schemes commonly used in modern wood structure construction and another roof construction scheme.The structure is used to simulate the energy consumption of the model that changes the structural scheme by De ST-h software,and the
