| Cliff stone carvings,as the landscape of words,are the landscape of human beings in natural mountains and rivers,which add historical significance and humanistic connotation to beautiful natural scenery Since ancient times,people’s research on cliff stone carvings has mainly focused on archaeology,heritage protection,literature,calligraphy and art,etc.Scholars spare no effort to search for cliff cultural relics and historical sites left over from history,devote themselves to the study of historical materials,rubbing stone carvings to enrich epigraphy,explore the changes of calligraphy art style,etc.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the aesthetic significance of cliff carvings.By tracing the aesthetic characteristics of Chinese characters and calligraphy art,this paper combs the aesthetic origin of cliff stone carvings and reads the related books and documents of cliff stone carvings between natural mountains and rivers,and obtains its influence on the aesthetic characteristics of cliff stone carvings in Jiangnan mountain gardens.Combined with offline field investigation,it summarizes three categories of verification brought by cliff in Jiangnan mountain gardens and further discusses how the beauty of cliff presents in small-scale market gardens.The article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part explores the aesthetic origin of cliff stone carvings.By combing the birth of Chinese characters,the discussion of calligraphy art,the similarities and differences between calligraphy and cliff stone carvings are obtained.The aesthetic characteristics of cliff stone carvings are "the combination of calligraphy and writing" The second part takes the cliff stone carvings between natural mountains and rivers as the research object,and divides them into three categories according to their differences:precipice,cliff,river flow,cliff and cliff.The cliff in primitive nature often brings people strong and pure beauty,which also continues in the cliff stone carvings in mountain gardens in the south of the Yangtze River The third part is the main part of the article.The cliff stone carvings in the mountain gardens in the south of the Yangtze River are influenced by the economic and cultural atmosphere,historical context,literati’s seclusion and other factors in the south of the Yangtze River.It not only contains the beauty of the cliff in the famous mountains and rivers,but also adds a unique Jiangnan flavor,in which the rocks and cliffs are vigorous and elegant;The cliff of Xiquan gradually enters "clear and quiet";Caves and cliffs vary from cave to cave.These cliff stone carvings bring people rich verification The fourth part is the extension of the cliff beauty of mountain gardens in the south of the Yangtze River.It discusses that it has a new form of expression in small-scale street gardens-the stone carving inscription plays the finishing touch and the effect beyond the rhyme.Hope that through this study to make up for the existing research on the cliff and between the lack of thinking,more three-dimensional interpretation of the cliff stone carvings to explore its aesthetic value and significance and further enrich the Chinese classical gardens in the stone inscription on the exploration of contemporary landscape material and spiritual culture of the combination of reference significance At the same time,the cliff stone carvings in the mountain gardens in the south of the Yangtze River are an important part of the culture and landscape in the south of the Yangtze River,which can not be replaced by cultural treasures.The study of them is also the inheritance of the historical context of the south of the Yangtze River. |
