Rural Revitalization Demonstration Area Under The Guidance Of The "Production-Life-Ecology Concentrations"

In recent years,with the development of the economy,the contradictions in the process of rural development have become increasingly prominent.From the perspective of the international environment,the economies of countries around the world,which had been in the trend of prosperity and development,fell back quick ly due to the impact of the COVID-19,and gradually recovered after the epidemic situation was gentle.The current global economic recovery trend is expected to continue,and C hina is a major agricultural country.Under these conditions,the space for coordinated utilization of domestic and international markets and resources will be further expanded.However,there are also risks in the international market,and it is urgent to improve China’s agricultural competitiveness and properly respond to international market risks.From the domestic situation,since the 21 st century,China’s economy has shifted from high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development,and the consumption structure of residents has shifted from generally meeting the consumption needs of food and clothing to requiring higher diversified and personalized consumption needs.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend for agriculture to shift from increasing production to improving quality.China’s rural development will be in a critical pe riod of great transformation.The problem of imbalanced and insufficient development is most prominent in rural areas.There are significant differences in rural areas across C hina,with most villages with agriculture as a single industry experiencing a decrease in agricultural product profits due to the upgrading and transformation of the agricultural industry,resulting in a large outflow of rural population.For such villages,the task of dealing with the hollowing out of villages and the aging of rural areas,as well as improving the rural governance system,is arduous.For some villages with tourism resources,it is necessary to further explore and expand the unique value and diverse functions of their villages,create rural landscapes,develop agricultural tourism integration industries led by the combination of agriculture and tourism,and achieve the integration of production,life,and ecology.From 2018 to 2022,it will be the first five years of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,with both rare opportunities and severe challenges.In this context,this article analyzes the coupling relationship in Midu County,and constructs an evaluation system for the development of the three living spaces.Based on this,it explores the planning and design of rural revitalization demonstration parks under the background of the integration of the three living spaces.The full text is divided into the following parts: 1.Exploring the development background of "Three Lives Integration" and organizing the current research status at home and abroad;2、 Analyze relevant cases of "integration of three students";3、 Analyze the coupling degree and types of the "three living spaces" in Midu County;4、 Construct an evaluation index system for the suitability of the development of the "three living spaces",and use Arc GIS software to analyze various evaluation factors.According to the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a model for evaluating the correlation between evaluation factors and the spatial development o f the three living areas in Midu County is constructed,and its judgment values are calculated.The map superposition method is used to assign and weight each factor,and the evaluation results of the current development status of the three living areas in Midu County are obtained.5、Taking the "Small River Flowing Water" Rural Revitalization Demonstration Park in Midu County,Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province as an example,Explored the conceptual planning of the Midu County Rural Revitalization Demonstration Park,which deeply reflects the concept of "three life integration" and demonstrates the feasibility and correctness of applying the "three life integration" concept to the planning of the "small river flowing" rural revitalization demonstration park in Midu County.The current situation in China,where agriculture is the main focus,and a large number of farmers still living in rural areas,will not change in the near future.The current situation of a large number of farmers losing their jobs and going out to work will not change in the near future.Therefore,there is an urgent need for rural revitalization and development.This article provides new ideas and methods for the planning of the Midu County Rural Revitalization Demonstration Park from the perspective of "integration of agriculture,tourism,and industry" through research,in order to promote the integration of agriculture,tourism,and industrial revitalization,and improve its economic development level.By building a rural revitalization demonstration park,it plays a demonstration role.Improve the overall rural appearance of Midu County from three aspects: production,living,and ecology,generate income and wealth for local residents,and promote rural revitalization.At the same time,propose solutions to the production ecological contradictions that exist in village planning,and provide reference for the integrated development planning and construction of agricultural industry and rural tourism industry in other similar villages,whic h is beneficial for exploring the construction of modern rural areas.
