Planning And Design Of National Agricultural Parks Based On The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the “implementation of rural revitalization strategy” proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it means that rural areas need to enter a new stage of transformation and development.By summarizing domestic and foreign agricultural parks,ecological agriculture and other related literature,the connotation and characteristics of rural revitalization strategies and national agricultural parks are summarized,and the correlation analysis of agricultural parks and rural revitalization strategies is carried out to clarify the carrier status of national agricultural parks;The case analysis method analyzes the basic situation before and after the completion of domestic and foreign agricultural parks and the industrial production value,per capita annual income,tourism income and number of tourists of four representative national agricultural parks in China,and proposes national agricultural park planning strategies in the context of rural revitalization strategies;And through the empirical method,apply the theory to the construction of Tianlu Lake National Ecological Agricultural Park in order to clarify the necessity of the construction of the National Agricultural Park in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,and improve the planning and design strategy of the National Agricultural Park with cultural characteristics Provide a more effective reference basis for the planning and design of other similar agricultural parks under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Through a series of analysis and summary,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Rural revitalization strategy is a new concept proposed in the new era from different spatial dimensions to achieve the integration of urban and rural development.The use of national agricultural parks is inclusive,industrial,ecological,cultural,seasonal,and participatory.The connotative characteristics of tourism,viewing and tourism can achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization,that is,the national agricultural park can be used as the carrier of rural revitalization strategy.(2)The National Agricultural Park has the functions of promoting the harmonious development of the three industries,establishing the characteristics of the tourism brand,promoting the regional economy,improving the level of life and ecological environment,and promoting the inheritance and development of local culture.For regions with regional characteristics and culture under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the development mode of national agricultural parks should be selected.During the construction,"agricultural" development is the core,combined with local characteristics of culture,to create a functioning ecological + tourism ruralagricultural park.(3)At present,the construction of national agriculture is focused on agricultural development and rural economic construction.There is no research on the construction of national agricultural parks with distinctive historical culture under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,Jingzhou Gong'an County with distinctive ternary culture Tianlu Lake is the research object for further research.(4)Tianlu Lake in Gong'an County has the characteristic culture of Sanyuan,relying on the natural environment of mountains and rivers,and focusing on agricultural production.For county-level environment,Tianlu Lake in Gong'an County,which has accumulated humanities but lags in economic development,chooses the development model of national agricultural parks under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and builds on "agriculture" development as the core,natural landscape as the background,and community A national agricultural park focusing on nutrition,with Sanyuan culture as the connotation,agricultural tourism as the highlight,and ecological conservation as the foundation.(5)Tianlu Lake National Agricultural Park in Gong'an County focuses on the five major functions of agricultural production,ecological protection,cultural heritage,leisure experience,and popular science education,combined with the concept of rural revitalization strategy,taking the national agricultural park evaluation indicators as a guide "Two Villages,Three Valleys,and Four Gardens" are planned to carry out planning and design on the four aspects of agricultural production transformation and upgrading,tourism product creation,ecological protection and restoration,cultural display and inheritance.
