Planning Research Of Shichang Agricultural Industrial Park In Feidong County Based On Pastoral Complex

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a fundamental issue that affects the national economy and the people's livelihood,and is also a key factor affecting economic and social development.At present,although China's comprehensive national strength is rapidly increasing,the actual level of development needs to be improved,especially the level of development of agriculture and rural areas is still relatively backward.In order to comprehensively revitalize the countryside,strong peasants,beautiful peasants,and rich peasants,and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the Central Document No.1 first proposed the concept of "idyllic complex" in 2017,and proposed to support the construction of conditional villages with farmers' cooperatives as the main carrier.To build an idyllic complex that integrates circular agriculture,creative agriculture,and farming experience,so that farmers can fully participate and benefit.The idyllic complex is a new mode of developing agricultural and rural areas in the process of deepening the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture.It integrates various industrial functions such as ecological agriculture,leisure tourism and rural community through "three-phase synchronization","three-product integration" and"agriculture,culture and tourism integration".Not only to achieve industrial optimization,the development of the rural economy,narrowing the gap between urban and rural material civilization;but also narrowing the gap between social civilization,allowing people to be closer to nature,close to nature,and enjoy nature.With the deepening of the research on the rural complex,some problems have been discovered,such as serious urbanization,weak regional characteristics,and lack of culture.In order to solve the above problems,the planning of the rural complex was studied in detail.First of all,through the collection of relevant information,we have mastered the research background and relevant outstanding cases and experiences at home and abroad.Secondly,through the analysis of the experience of the construction of rural and rural complex projects at home and abroad,it is concluded that the planning and research of the rural complex is closely related to the measures of rural revitalization,rural tourism,and rural health,such as strong farmers,beautiful farmers and rich farmers.Moreover,the factors produced by the pastoral complex are also derived.According to the theoretical basis on which the rural complex planning should be based,the characteristics of the pastoral complex,the basic principles followed by the plan,and the development strategies that should be adopted for future development should be summarized.Finally,the actual rural complex project,Feidong County Shichang Agricultural Industrial Park,Anhui Province,was analyzed by location analysis and SWOT analysis,combined with the theory,characteristics,basic principles and development strategies summarized in the previous article,to Feidong County.The planning of Shichang Agricultural Industrial Park has established a reasonable positioning,development goals and development strategies.I hope to be able to guide the future planning.
