| High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.To fully,accurately and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy and accelerate the building of a new development pattern,we must adhere to the promotion of high-quality development as the main task.High-quality development emphasizes adhering to the real economy as the focus of economic development,and the construction industry is an important real economy.However,affected by the difference in the level of economic development,the development level of the construction industry in different regions has gradually drawn a gap.The development quality of the construction industry in different regions is closely related to the local economy,resources,etc.Therefore,to evaluate the quality development level of the construction industry in a region should start from the actual situation of the local,and objectively grasp the development situation of the construction industry in a region,and then establish a high-quality development evaluation index system for the construction industry in line with regional development characteristics.Therefore,this paper evaluates the high-quality development of the construction industry in Shandong Province.The main work and achievements of this paper include:(1)Combing relevant literature at home and abroad,deeply understanding the connotation of high-quality development,based on the analysis of the development status of the construction industry in Shandong Province,combined with the new development philosophy,considering that the development of the construction industry scale and economic stability are the most basic characteristics of industrial development,this paper has determined that high-quality development of the construction industry is specifically exhibited in five aspects: growth of scale,efficiency and benefit,innovation,coordination,green development,openness and shared development;(2)According to the development status of the construction industry in Shandong Province and the availability of statistical data,38 second-level measurable indicators were selected to construct the high-quality development evaluation index system of the construction industry in Shandong Province;(3)The study analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of common weighting methods and quantitative evaluation models,and combined with the characteristics of the high-quality development system of the construction industry,selected the combination weighting method to determine the weights of the indexes and the set pair analysis method to comprehensively evaluate,the high-quality development evaluation model of the construction industry in Shandong Province was established;(4)This paper researched the high-quality development of construction industry in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2021,analyzed and discussed the evaluation results,and identified the future direction of the development of the construction industry in Shandong Province in terms of efficiency and benefit,innovative development,green building promotion,open development and employment promotion.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions to further promote the high-quality development of construction industry in Shandong Province.Based on the concept of high-quality development and the development status of the construction industry in Shandong province,this thesis builds an evaluation system of high quality development of the construction industry.It is of reference value for the relevant departments in Shandong province to evaluate and monitor the development of the industry,identify the hindrance factors,and formulate targeted policy measures. |
