Acceleration of recycling and reuse of waste products,and promotion of the development of the remanufacturing industry are essential to improve the level of resource cycle utilization and the development of green and low carbon traffic.As a result,recycling abandoned electronics and obtaining resources through regeneration can not only save energy but also significantly reduce costs.In response to this situation,this article is for the recycling of waste products,and construct a closed-loop supply chain which is composed of a retailer and a manufacturer.On the basis of considering the price difference of new products and re-manufacturing products,we construct a model of centralized decision making and decentralized decision models.Under the decentralized decision-making model,we consider the two situations of retailers responsible for recycling and manufacturers responsible for recycling.Use reverse induction to solve the optimal strategy of different models to compare the optimal pricing and profit in different models.Then introduce corporate social responsibility(CSR),and consider social benefits at the same time on the basis of different pricing.By constructing models,the optimal pricing,optimal recovery rate and maximum profits are calculated.Based on the results of the comparator model,based on the model with the highest closed loop supply chain profit and recovery rate,we introduce the introduction coefficient and income sharing coefficient,then the entire supply chain is optimized by designing a cost allocation-benefits sharing mechanism.Finally,the numerical simulation is performed in combination with the specific cases,and the effectiveness of the coordinated model is verified.The results show that under the decentralized decision-making model,when retailers are responsible for recycling and invested in CSR,the optimal recovery rate of waste products is the highest.However,the overall profit of the closed-loop supply chain is lower than the centralized decision-making model.In order to achieve the goal of maximizing profits,the introduction of cost allocation coefficients and income sharing coefficients,and constructing a coordinated model.At this time,the overall profit of the closed-loop supply chain increased compared to the previous.Therefore,it is proven that when enterprises need to bear the social responsibility of the enterprise,invest in CSR and consider social benefits,the coordinated model constructed in this article can help enterprises optimize the closed-loop supply chain and provide certain reference for the supply chain management of the enterprise.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis of the parameters found that the optimal profit of manufacturers and retailers is positively correlated with the mutual alternatives of new products and re-manufacturing products,which is negatively related to demand sensitivity coefficient A;retailers’ optimal profit It has nothing to do with the scope parameter θ of the CSR input cost,but as the degree of recovery efforts increases,the change trend is to increase first and then decrease. |
