| With the change of global industry,the manufacturing industry has gradually begun to transform from production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing.Under the service-oriented manufacturing,manufacturers transform from simply selling products to product services.In addition,with the deterioration of the environment and the exhaustion of resources,energy conservation and environmental protection services have become the focus of the development of service-oriented manufacturing.In the context of service-oriented manufacturing,manufacturers lease the equipment to the operators and provide maintenance.After the lease ends,the manufacturer will recycle and remanufacture the old equipment and put it back into the market.The operator can put forward supply chain contracts to encourage the manufacturer to increase their efforts,improve the profits of both parties and the supply chain.Considering that the recycling and remanufacturing of equipment can protect the environment,save resources and cost,and the introduction of supply chain contract can effectively reduce the double marginalization.To sum up,it is of great practical significance to study supply chain contract considering equipment recycle under service-oriented manufacturing.Based on the existing literature research,this paper makes a more in-depth study on optimizing decision for the supply chain contract with equipment recovery based on serviceoriented manufacturing.The main research work includes the following three aspects:(1)Design decision for the supply chain contract with equipment recovery under nongovernment reward and punishment mechanism.In this part,we first construct and analyze the profit function for the service-oriented manufacturer and the operator under decentralized decision,revenue-sharing contract and cost-sharing contract under the non-governmental incentive and punishment mechanism;Secondly,the optimal profit of the service-oriented manufacturer and the operator under the three scenarios;The results show that with the change of operator’s cost rate and equipment variable value,the optimal decision of the manufacturer and the operator will also change.In addition,supply chain contract can effectively motivate the manufacturer to increase its effort level.(2)Design decision for the supply chain contract with equipment recovery under nongovernment reward and punishment mechanism.In this part,we first construct and analyze the profit function for the service-oriented manufacturer and the operator under decentralized decision,revenue-sharing contract and cost-sharing contract under government reward and punishment mechanism;Secondly,the optimal profit of the service-oriented manufacturer and the operator under the three scenarios,as well as the optimal profit of supply chain with and without governmental reward and punishment mechanism are compared and analyzed;The results show that the reward and punishment mechanism can motivate the manufacturer to improve the level of effort and change the optimal decision of the manufacturer and the operator.In addition,the government can stimulate the supply chain by changing the standard of residual value of used equipment and the reward and punishment coefficient.(3)Potential application research:Taking manufacturer A and operator B as an example,the optimal decisions of A and B under decentralized decision,revenue-sharing contract and cost-sharing contract are considered with and without government reward and punishment mechanism.Firstly,the general situation of manufacturer A is described;Secondly,combined with the actual situation of A and B,on the base of the calculation results,the optimal decision of A and B under different contracts with or without government reward and punishment mechanism is analyzed,and the profit function is compared to select the optimal supply chain contract.At the same time,it analyzes how the government sets up the standard of reward and punishment coefficient and the residual value of used equipment to stimulate the whole supply chain;The results show that under the current data background,the cost-sharing contract is the optimal decision of both parties.In addition,the government reward and punishment mechanism encourages the manufacturer to increase the level of effort and the total profit of the supply chain.This paper enriches the theory of service-oriented manufacturing research by constructing an design decision model of supply chain contract with equipment recovery under serviceoriented manufacturing;At the same time,recycling remanufacturing is introduced into the research of service-oriented manufacturing,and the residual value of the old equipment is considered in the manufacturer’s profit function,so that the research results are more consistent with the reality;At the same time,the optimal decisions of manufacturers and operators under different supply chain contracts are compared.In addition,it also considers the influence of government reward and punishment mechanism on the manufacturer and the operator.Therefore,the research of this paper has important guiding significance for the study of supply chain contract and remanufacturing under the service manufacturing in reality. |
