At present, the social community is increasingly concerned about the topic of corporate social responsibility, and research on the sustainable supply chain with corporate social responsibility as its core has also become a hot issue.Scholars at home and abroad generally believe that the improvement of corporate social responsibility will affect corporate economic returns.Play a positive incentive.Corporate social responsibility is generally divided into two parts. The exterior of the company is mainly embodied in the three aspects of nature, society, and economy. The internal performance of the company mainly includes employee benefits and corporate humanities.Currently,in the supply chain dominated by manufacturers, retailers generally do not take the initiative to assume corporate social responsibility. The retailer is a sales department that directly faces the customers.Once the retailers are unwilling to actively reflect their own corporate social responsibilities, the relationship between the members of the supply chain will deteriorate, and at the same time it will lead to a decline in product word-of-mouth,resulting in loss of market competitiveness for the entire supply chain. In view of the above situation, this paper will adopt the game theory and cost sharing contract to increase the social responsibility level of retailers and the benefits of each node in the secondary supply chain dominated by brand manufacturers. This article first studies the changes in the level of corporate social responsibility of two retailers in different sales regions and how to influence the decision-making of the supply chain. At this time, demand is affected by the level of corporate social responsibility and the price.Using game theory to analyze the optimal decision-making and benefits of manufacturers and retailers in different decision-making situations, the comparison found that the various items under centralized decision-making are better. In addition, the company’s corporate social responsibility cost sharing contract was introduced in combination with the actual data of the H company. The results show that the use of manufacturer’s cost-sharing contract can effectively encourage retailers to increase their corporate social responsibility levels, increase the benefits of each node of the supply chain, and achieve supply chain sustainability.Under the premise of the retailer taking the initiative of corporate social responsibility,it further studies how the level of corporate social responsibility competition among multiple retailers influences the decision-making and benefits of the supply chain. That is the demand of two retailers in the same sales area is affected by the level of their own corporate social responsibility, the level of corporate social responsibility of the competitors and the price.Analyze the decision-making choices of each company in the supply chain under different decision-making situations. In combination with the actual situation of H companies, the manufacturer’s corporate social responsibility cost sharing contract was designed. The results show that after adopting the CSR cost-sharing contract, the level of CSR of retailers has increased significantly, and the profits of manufacturers and retailers in the supply chain have increased. The result analysis found that the CSR level of competition among retailers is to a certain extent,it has a counter effect on the improvement of the level of corporate social responsibility of retailers. Finally, based on the discussion in the first two chapters, relevant advice is provided on how to effectively improve the level of corporate social responsibility and profitability in two situations.
