Based On The Symbiosis Of The Ancient City Of Suzhou Near,Modern Building Regeneration Strategy Research

How new and old buildings coexist is an urban problem caused by saturation of buildings in today’s society,and also the product of urban economic development to a certain stage,especially in the ancient city with rich resources of ancient buildings.Suzhou is a famous cultural city with a history of two thousand and five hundred years.The ancient buildings of its ancient city contain extremely rich historical,cultural and scientific values.The most ancient buildings in the ancient city belong to the most similar modern buildings.However,due to the change of The Times,people’s lifestyle and living habits have been completely different from the past.The large-scale construction of modern buildings has led to the gradual weakening of the historical context of the ancient city.Due to the disrepair of modern buildings and the loss of ancient architectural techniques,residents’ spontaneous repair makes modern buildings appear semi-modern.How to preserve the cultural value and regional characteristics of modern buildings in Suzhou? How to combine the modern architecture in Suzhou with the modern architecture derived from it? The ancient city of Suzhou is the current proposition of The Times.In the first chapter,the background of the ancient city of Suzhou and the source of the subject of the paper are expounded.In the second chapter,it divides the architectural age from the perspective of time region,analyzes the evolution process of modern architecture and modern architecture in their respective times,and how modern architecture evolves into modern architecture,and summarizes the characteristics of evolution.It is found that due to the connection between modern and modern architecture and the positioning characteristics of Suzhou ancient city,the modern architecture of the ancient city tends to be modernized,modern architecture tends to be localized,and some modern architecture is derived into modern architecture.Therefore,this paper takes the modern architecture in the ancient city of Suzhou as the mother body and the modern architecture derived from it as the child body as the research object;In the third chapter,through the investigation of the modern architecture of the ancient city of Suzhou and its derivative modern architecture,the problems are found and analyzed.It is found that although most modern buildings are controlled and preserved buildings,due to the high density of buildings in the ancient urban areas of Suzhou,the number of buildings left over from history,and the serious damage of buildings,the original modern buildings are in urgent need of repair and renewal.The original modern buildings cannot meet the needs of modern human life,resulting in the phenomenon of derivation.Secondly,it is found that after long-term "dialogue" between modern architecture and modern architecture,there has been a state of symbiosis gradually.Therefore,the author takes symbiosis as the theoretical basis to solve this phenomenon.In the fourth chapter of the paper,the author elaborated the thought of symbiosis and Kurokawa’s symbiosis theory,and added the current trend between architecture and culture with academician He Jingtang’s "two views and three characteristics".And summed up the symbiotic thought between modern architecture and its derivative modern architecture.In order to better meet the needs of modern human life,and meet the cultural orientation of Suzhou ancient city;Therefore,in Chapter 5,this paper draws on the relationship between architectural hierarchy and symbiosis proposed by Dr.Wan Fengdeng,and deduces the strategy of symbiosis between modern architecture and modern architecture in the ancient city from the material energy layer,symbolic energy layer and spiritual meaning layer respectively.In the sixth chapter,the theater costume workshop(former residence of Pan Zengwei)in the neighborhood of No.16 in Ancient City was taken as an example to conduct a landing study,and the concept and method of Kurokawa’s symbiosis theory was introduced to analyze,and the strategy was designed by means of symbiosis theory to verify the feasibility of the strategy.Finally,summarize and draw out the shortcomings of the paper.
