| In recent years,the number and type of dangerous goods ships in-and-out Lanshan port present an increasing trend,which promotes the development of local economy,nevertheless the risk of safety risk from them is increasing.The potential safety management of dangerous goods accidents has put forward severe challenges.It is urgent to explore the method of ship safety management of dangerous goodss which is in line with the actual of Lanshan port.The risk assessment model of dangerous goods ships in Lanshan port has not been established.The aim of this paper is to study the risk assessment model of dangerous goods ships in Lanshan port.The establishment of the Lanshan port dangerous goods ship differentiation safety management system.In view of this,Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of risk assessment method of dangerous goodss and the management of the difference of the dangerous goodss;Secondly,The present situation of safety management of dangerous goodss in Lanshan harbor is analyzed.Statistics on the type and quantity of dangerous goods ships,cargo and cargo in Lanshan port.The difficulties and main problems of safety management of dangerous goods in Lanshan port are summarized;Thirdly,Combined with the theory of risk identification and evaluation,The risk assessment model of dangerous goods ships entering and leaving Lanshan port is established by using the method of chromatography analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,Five risk factors for ship,crew,cargo,wharf and environment,The formation of a complete set of risk assessment model for dangerous goods ships in Lanshan port;Finally,On the basis of risk assessment,the risk level of dangerous goods ships entering and leaving Lanshan port is classified.Divided into three categories:low risk,medium risk and high risk,And different risk levels of the ship developed a differentiated management measures,Including electronic inspection,on-site inspection and shoreline inspections,ship safety inspection four inspection management method.The research results of this paper can provide decision support for ship managers.For shipping companies and other related units to provide a reference for differentiation management. |
