The Security Problems And Countermeasures Of Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods Logistics Enterprise

In recent years, along with the continuous increase in the amount of the dangerous goods transportation, the dangerous goods logistics accidents occur frequently. Transportation is an important part of dangerous goods logistics. Because of the lack of equipment and management system of dangerous goods in our country, dangerous goods transportation is mainly to take the form of road transportation. Therefore, the analysis of the risk of road transport of dangerous goods and puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions are very important for the safety development of the dangerous goods logistics enterprises.Firstly, it raises the background and significance of this paper., introduces the definition and classification of the dangerous goods,and the basic characteristics of dangerous goods road transportation are also introduced in detail. Then, it analyzes the factors that affect the safety of the road transport of dangerous goods and establishes the corresponding safety evaluation index system, takes the C company as an example, expounds the present situation of the C company. Using statistical analysis and analytic hierarchy process analyzes the transportation accidents of dangerous goods that happened in the nearly three years and the main question that the C company faced: personnel, vehicles and the environment, then, points out the existing control measures and their deficiencies and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the transportation safety of the C company: Strengthen the management of the drivers and the vehicles, the forecast of the weather and the traffic. The government should strengthen the management and support of the transport of dangerous goods.This paper analyzes the main risks of the C company in the road transport of dangerous goods; the purpose is to provide a reference for the future of C company. Then, it also provides reference for the similar enterprises. The research of this paper is based on the previous studies, introduced the analytic hierarchy process, and combined the theoretical study and case study, the safety management measures that with a certain reference value are put forwarded to the dangerous goods transportation enterprises.
