Research On Safety Evaluation Of The Transportation Enterprise Of Dangerous Goods On Road

The transportation of dangerous goods on road is a kind of special transportation, its technological businesses are complicated , requirements for safety condition are high, and the harmfulness and severity of accident are far greater than the ordinary traffic accident. So, how to ensure the transportation safety of dangerous goods has important realistic meanings. However, implementing safety evaluation in the transportation enterprise of dangerous goods on road is a valid approach that can guarantee transportation security. This text directs against the current situation of the transportation enterprise of dangerous goods on road, and carries on systematic research to enterprise's safety evaluation.On the basis of analyzing the transportation of dangerous goods' characteristics and safety evaluation method's characteristics, This text puts forward to adopt the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation combines with Analytic Hierarchy Process to go on safety evaluation for the transportation enterprise of dangerous goods on road; According to the relevant regulations of our country and current situations of transportation enterprise of dangerous goods on road, combine with the investigation opinions of the experts and scholars, constructs a multi-level safety evaluation's index system; Use Expert's Investigation Method (Delphi) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP ), determines the weight of every index in the index system, and then construct the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of transportation enterprise of dangerous goods on road; Finally, combining the concrete example, uses this established model to safety evaluate, and adopts the fuzzy characteristic vector of safety grade to confirm the security grade. The results indicate that this safety evaluation method and model has certain practicability and feasibility.
