The Research On The Technology Of Process Management In The Producing Collaboration Environment

Enterprise organization is a benefit community composed of enterprises that produce the same or similar products, they appears in the organization form of a benefit community in the market, it not only can share the resources in enterprise organization, but also can increase the market competitiveness of enterprise organization overall. The process management of enterprise organization in the collaboration environment is a complex and hard process, it needs to coordinate all the members in the organization. In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the research contents, the basic theory and related concepts involved have been introduced.Secondly, modeling in these three aspects, such as business processes of process management, process design process and manufacturing resources. Then, discussing several key technologies in this platform in detail, including the rich client technology based on Silverlight, instant messaging technology based on WCF, system integration technology and the design of the report engine, etc.Thirdly, analyzing the general instance of outsourcing partners by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp), to set up the evaluation system, according to the original data points type to apply dimensionless method to the original data through the weighting method and threshold method, then through the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index, the improved TOPSIS method decision is used to find the optimal outsourcing partner.Finally, the design idea of production preparation management platform and the implementation process of the system have been introduced.After the above research, the production preparation management platform have basically met the requirements of process management of enterprise organization, it helps to collaborate process design, communicate timely and effectively between technology personnel, unify process resource management and fully share process knowledge in a unified platform, improve the efficiency of the enterprise process management, increase the core competitiveness of the enterprise organizationin in the market.
