Aging Study Of Community Elderly Day Care Center Based On AHP Method

At present,population aging has become a major livelihood issue facing the world.How to effectively cope with this challenge has become an urgent task.Community-based elderly care has become the first choice to cope with the aging problem.Among them,the elderly day care center based on the community has become an important part of the community-based elderly care model.Although domestic research on elderly day care centers has made some progress,most of them focus on design aspects,and are relatively lacking in aging construction and evaluation.This study takes the community elderly day care center in the main urban area of Xi’an as the research object,aiming at evaluating the aging construction level of the existing elderly day care center,through literature research,field investigation and expert interview,deeply analyzes the influencing factors of aging construction of day care center,determines the preliminary evaluation index system,uses analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to calculate the weight of evaluation index system,and determines the index factor scoring standard,and finally establishes a complete community elderly day care center aging evaluation system,hoping to provide new ideas for the aging evaluation and optimization of elderly day care center in the future.Firstly,Chapter 1 summarizes the research overview of elderly day care centers,explains related concepts,sorts out the domestic and foreign research status,expounds the research purpose and significance,and finally discusses the methods and framework of this study.Secondly,Chapter 2 focuses on the facility positioning and construction scale of elderly day care centers,studies the physiological and psychological characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and introduces Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and ecological perception theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of aging evaluation factors.Next,Chapter 3 selects 24 typical cases for investigation,analyzes the aging status of day care centers from planning site selection aging,outdoor space aging and indoor space aging,and combines with the satisfaction survey of day care centers to explore the aging construction elements.Chapter 4 discusses the establishment process of aging evaluation system,proposes three first-level indicators(A1～A3),nine second-level indicators(B1～B9),27 third-level indicators(C1～C27),and constructed an aging evaluation index system according to three aspects: planning site selection aging,outdoor space aging,and indoor space aging.Then,using analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,the evaluation indicators were weighted according to the expert questionnaire scoring results,and finally the scoring standards of each dimension indicator were determined,and a complete community elderly day care center aging evaluation system was constructed.Chapter 5 takes the Huajue Lane Community Day Care Center and Huannan Community Day Care Center in Xi’an as examples,uses the aging evaluation system to perform instance calculation,and draws a comparison chart of the scores of each level indicator factor according to the final scoring results,summarizes its aging construction level and weak links,and hopes to provide a basis for future aging evaluation.
