| In China,the construction of community care services is still in its infancy.Before the rise of "community care" of the concept,some communities focused on disability,half disabled elderly by community committees,volunteers bear visit,temporary care and other services,lack of pension demand for health services for the elderly,has yet to formation of a clear pension service system.As an important part of the community care service system,elderly day care centers,because of both home care and institutional care of the comprehensive advantages,in recent years,favored by the government and the home of the elderly,have mushroomed in large numbers.At the same time,the theory support domestic elderly community day care centers and design experience are scarce,there is no relevant design specifications for the elderly in community day care center site selection,functional layout,accessibility design clearly defined.In this paper,both the elderly community day care center as the main object,the elderly daily behavioral characteristics and usage requirements as a starting point,combined with environmental factors in different communities,systematic and comprehensive analysis,explore adaptive rehabilitation programs found Redesign in common,and then propose appropriate aging community day care center design.Based on the existing community care service Tianjin facility system in research and analysis,combing the relevant policy support and theoretical classification,clear positioning services and functions of community day care centers,form the basic framework design community day care centers.Through field research and mapping,community day care centers to compare different environmental conditions on the design in the form of objective factors.While the elderly and operators through questionnaires,summarize the behavior and psychological needs of the elderly.Based on the environmental behavior,principles of psychology,using SPSS statistical model to quantify the needs of elderly analysis to identify existing community day-care centers for public open space,indoor space,dining space,daycare and other functional modules actual room Lack of proper design of the aging problem.Learn from foreign experience has built outstanding cases,the use of relevant architectural design theory,combined with the actual site environment,operational scale,targeted transformation.And the actual research facilities,for example,be suitable for the transformation of aging,in line with the times to explore the community day care center design ideas for research facilities for the elderly in the field of architectural design to provide follow-up prospects,according to research results. |
