| At present,the problem of aging population is becoming more and more serious and has become a social problem.It is predicted that by 2050,the number of elderly people in China will be close to 500 million,accounting for more than one third of the total population.As a place where the elderly conduct frequent daily activities,community parks have insufficient construction and research on their age-appropriate.Therefore,how to build an age-appropriate landscape is a topic worth discussing.This paper will focus on the study of landscape evaluation of community parks for the elderly,and build an objective and scientific evaluation system.Firstly,an evaluation index system including four criteria layers of safety,comfort and convenience,appreciation and ease of communication and 16 index factors was determined by case analysis,literature induction and SPSS25.0 statistical software factor analysis method.Secondly,the weight of each index was determined by issuing expert questionnaires.Among the first-level factors,the weight of safety was the highest,which was 0.576,followed by comfort and convenience,appreciation and ease of communication.Among the secondary factors,the accessibility weight of park road safety(0.230)was the highest.Finally,the grey evaluation method is introduced,the evaluation principle and steps are elaborated in detail,and the evaluation system of the urban community park’s aging landscape is established with the grey analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method.At the same time,the community park in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou is taken as an example to verify the scientific nature of the system and the effectiveness of the method.Based on the evaluation model,the grey evaluation method was used to carry out an empirical study on the community parks in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou.The total evaluation score of Henghe Park was 3.075,which was the third grade in four evaluation grades.The total evaluation score of Mantoushan Community Park is 3.164,which is in the second grade.The results of Mantoushan Community Park were better than those of Henghe Park.Through comparative study,it is found that these two parks have good performance in safety,but there are also problems such as inadequate design for aging,inadequate conservation and management,and lack of theme culture.Through the empirical study,the conclusions are as follows :(1)In this paper,a more scientific and reasonable way to construct the urban community park landscape evaluation system for the elderly.(2)Flat community parks close to the main road and convenient for residents can attract residents more.(3)Different elderly groups have different needs for community park landscape.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the landscape design strategy and the park management mode for the community park,and actively explores the landscape design methods and technologies for the community park,so as to provide comprehensive guidance for the transformation and construction of the landscape for the community park. |
