With the rapid development of China’s shipbuilding industry,the quality of ships built in small and medium-sized shipyards has attracted more and more attention.Meanwhile,as a part of the shipbuilding process in small and medium-sized shipyards,ship supervision companies play a vital role in the control of ships’ quality.However,during the supervision process,the engineers have been relying on their own work experience for there is no suitable standard to refer to.Therefore,the research and establishment of a supervision standard system for hull structures will be beneficial to strengthening the shipbuilding quality in small and medium-sized shipyards,thus help promote their development.Taking the ship supervision companies of the hull structure quality in small and medium-sized shipyards as the research object,this thesis studies the standard supervision system of the hull structure in small and medium-sized shipyards and establish a standard supervision system of hull structures based on a deep analysis of their ships’ current quality situation.Besides,these results have been applied to the construction project of a bulk carrier in Y shipyard and serve as a reference for supervision process in middle and small shipyards.The main research of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)This part analyzes the process and quality of hull structure construction based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized shipyards.Several main problems are also pointed out,such as principal scale and linear errors,unqualified welding quality and unqualified material quality.Then the reasons for these problems are analyzed in this part.(2)This part analyzes the existing quality supervision standard systems in both small and medium-sized shipyards and large shipyards and puts forward their current problems.The organization structure of quality supervision standard system,the content of quality supervision,the index of quality evaluation and the conception of quality evaluation system are also discussed in this part.(3)This part designs the functional layout of the establishment of the hull structure quality supervision standard system and then defines the requirements and responsibilities of the supervisors.Their working contents are also established by using the method of three stages: before,during and after and the corresponding quality evaluation index are selected.By applying the Analytic Network Process(ANP),the factors that affect the quality of ship structure are evaluated by the expert consultation method and the scoring method,and the weights of the first-and second-class indexes are determined respectively.(4)This part is the application of the quality supervision standard system of the bulk carriers built by Y shipyard.Firstly,the causes of the quality problems of the double bottom segmented bulk carriers are analyzed from three aspects: before,during and after the establishing process,and then this part makes an evaluation by using the quality supervision evaluation system.Finally,the operable measures for the implementation of the quality supervision standard system are proposed.This thesis studies and establishes a standard supervision system of hull structure quality in small and middle-sized shipyards.Hopefully,it can be used as a reference for the supervision of the hull structure quality in small and middle-sized shipyards. |
