Analysis And Countermeasures To Solve The Existing Problems Of Ideal City Residential Project Quality Supervision

30years of reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained an annualdouble-digit growth momentum of rapid development of the two. Especially the rapidrise of the real estate industry, become one of the most rapidly developing industriesin China, and has become an important part of China’s national economy industrysystem. In the development of the market economy is mature, study on physical andmode of construction engineering quality supervision management field also hasbeen more mature. With the deepening of China’s market economy developmentand large-scale investment and construction, construction engineering qualitysupervision show some incompatible problems, construction engineering qualitysupervision is facing the task need to deepen the reform, how to solve thedevelopment of existing and new problems occurred, continuous improvement anddevelopment, efforts to strengthen the management of construction engineeringquality supervision internal and external communication and coordination, effectiveformed between the supervision and management levels and departments, toconstruct a new effective supervision management system and mode has become allthe engineering quality supervision issues of common concern.I passed the course work and practice, summarizes and experience, combinedwith the actual work of quality supervision on my ideal residential project is thedevelopment and construction of units, through this research, try to put forward somedifficulties in monitoring the quality of ideal city residential project faced andproblems, and on this basis, combined with my work experience and theory theknowledge of the present development of Engineering Quality Supervision andimprove the direction and management mode.This paper firstly discusses the development of quality supervision system ofChina’s engineering background, achievements and shortcomings, on the basis ofanalyzing the basic situation of the ideal city residential project quality supervisionand existing problems, analyzes the ideal uptown residential engineering quality supervision under the new situation, opportunities and challenges, and summarizedthe difficulties and the problems existing in the quality of supervision process of idealcity project, the basic causes of the problems were analyzed, and put forwardcountermeasure and suggestion. The quality and safety monitoring mechanism inorder to form a "corporate control, inspection, supervision unit management, payattention to process, the owners of acceptance, collaborative condominium,government supervision, social assessment" project, to better promote science andengineering quality supervision and effective development.
