With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people’s oral cleaning has also changed,from family daily brushing to go to dental clinic regular cleaning,dental cleaning has also become people’s daily supplies.LT company is an oral medical equipment company in the production of dental cleaning equipment.The company has maintained more than ten years of high-end medical equipment manufacturing experience.With strong strength and increasingly exquisite manufacturing technology,it has always been committed to providing dentists with excellent performance and more quality dental cleaning equipment.But at present due to the increase of market demand,clean tooth instrument production enterprises also more and more,competition is becoming more and more fierce and clean tooth instrument market share is given priority to with several big head brand,LT company production clean tooth instrument as,not a line brand,want to continue to share in the fierce market competition must improve their problems have appeared.As the rising prices of raw materials,customer to the requirements of the product delivery cycle time more and more short,the product quality expectations higher and higher,the company in the enterprise management and production operation gradually revealed some problems,such as: production process unreasonable,production facilities space layout is not scientific,inventory backlog,long distance handling hours,under the action of various factors,lead to the company’s cost advantage,declining competitiveness.For the sustainable development of the company,it is essential to improve the whole production process of the existing products.Research object of this article is mainly LT company tooth cleaning instrument production workshop,through the production workshop,the whole process of data collection,from the angle of value flow diagram analysis in the production process facilities space layout,logistics transportation path and so on existing problems,then by using the lean optimization theory of the corresponding improvement problems to improve,specific ideas are as follows:First,draw the value process status diagram of LT’s tooth cleaner production and combined with the current situation of the production line,analyze the problems arising in the production process of the products,the problems found are mainly concentrated in the following aspects: unreasonable production process,unreasonable spatial layout of production facilities,large production line inventory,the production site operation environment management is not in place;next,An in-depth analysis of why the above problems arise,The main reasons for the above problems are as follows: the balance rate of the production line does not reach the required height,the logistics route planning of the production line is unreasonable,and the connection between the processes is not smooth.After analyzing the reasons,and the goal of production line optimization design,after the implementation plan,production line balance rate from 88.96% to 98.79%,the total time from 118.5 minutes to 98 minutes,the maximum daily capacity from 10 to 12,the number of outbound and turnover days are reduced,finally realized the expectation of improvement,the average turnover days from 6.67 to 2.67 days,the workshop production facilities layout is optimized,the production site working environment is improved.
