Research On Public Facilities Design Of Ezhou Industrial Cultural Tourism Town Under The Background Of Industry-City Integration

In the context of rapid urbanization,traditional industrial parks has result in a series of problems such as the separation of industry from the city because they neglect the synergistic development between themselves and the surrounding urban space.For example,Ezhou has unique geographical advantages in culture and tourism,and the area where the industrial cultural tourism town is located also contains industrial sites and industrial culture spirit related to Echeng Iron and Steel Factory.However,Ezhou industrial cultural tourism town is located in the old city with unbalanced development,next to the large industrial park of Echeng Iron and Steel Factory.In the process of urbanization in Ezhou,the phenomenon of separation of industrial and town development has emerged,and the problem of disconnection between the industrial park and the surrounding residential area.To solve the problem of separation of industry and town in Ezhou industrial cultural tourism town,the author researched and analyzed the development status and demand of Ezhou industrial cultural tourism town by studying four aspects: background related to industry-city integration,theoretical research,methodological analysis research and public facilities design principles.The main research path is the planning project of industrial,cultural and tourism city in Ezhou,and the design of public facilities of industrial cultural and tourism town is taken as the main design idea of the town with the concept of industry-city integration as the practical design case of this study.Based on the development of the industrial culture of Ezhou industrial culture and tourism town,the overall design and planning of the public facilities in the town is based on the conception of the town’s planning project,the needs of tourists and residents,and the design of public facilities products with practical use functions in line with the characteristics of the industrial culture and tourism town.The ultimate goal is to solve the problem of separation between industry and city in Ezhou,and to build an effective framework for linking "industry,city and people" in the public facilities space.
