| In 2017,Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Government put forward the strategic deployment of Qinhuangdao Port to build first-class International Tourism Port.Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD,relying on the 4.8km shoreline resources vacated from Qinhuangdao West Port Area,initially forming a high-quality one-stop marine tourism business function gathering area and boutique sports tourism destination.However,the marine tourism business is still in the cultivation period,and the operating revenue cannot cover the operating costs.This paper provides a reference for the rapid development of Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD marine tourism business by reorganizing and analyzing the internal and external environment,clarifying the development direction and path.First of all,this paper reviews the research status quo of marine tourism business development at home and abroad by consulting the research literature related to marine tourism business development at home and abroad,and comprehensively expounds the relevant theories of marine tourism business strategy research involved in this paper,which provides a theoretical basis for the development strategy analysis and strategic system formulation of marine tourism business of Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD.Secondly,this paper uses PEST analysis,VRIO framework,Porter’s five forces model,SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the development environment,industry competition,internal resources and capabilities of Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD marine tourism business,and formulate development strategies for the development of Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD marine tourism business.Finally,this paper proposes the implementation guarantee of Hebei Port Group CO.,LTD marine tourism business development strategy,including five aspects:policy promotion,financial support,port city linkage,regional cooperation,and strengthen management. |
