Study On The Optimization Design Of Interior Space In Medium Sized Talents Apartments

Talent is the source of vitality and power for urban development.In order to attract and retain talents,major cities have introduced welfare policies on the construction of talents,and to a certain extent,subsidised housing represented by flats for talents has solved the problem of living for talents.However,due to differences in the development concepts of different builders,the quality of the interior space of some talent flat projects varies.Some cities have set the standards for the construction of talent flats in accordance with the standards for commercial housing,which has resulted in the occupancy rate of some poor quality flats being less than 30%,while the occupancy rate of good quality apartments can reach 90% and even exceed demand.In recent years,people’s living standards have been improving and their demand for quality living space has become higher and higher,and people’s living needs and concepts have been developing with the times.The size of China’s households is becoming smaller and the number of households is increasing accordingly,resulting in a gradual increase in demand for housing.The rough design mode of real estate developers has led to the unreasonable design of the interior space of some of the talent flat houses,which contradicts the demand for high quality of life of the talents living there,and to a certain extent,affects the quality of the living space,while the unreasonable design also causes some talents to give up the choice of living in talent flat houses,resulting in a waste of resources.Through field research and questionnaire surveys,based on the national codes of residential design,some of the problems in the current situation of the use of talent flat houses are identified.Based on the tracing of the relevant research bases,the development history of talent flat houses and the history of residential development at home and abroad,the main factors affecting the design of talent flat houses are analysed to learn from history.Taking the medium-sized flats for talents as the research object,the problems of the flats for talents are analysed from three levels: the existing policies,the construction status quo and the living habits of the people living there,and the optimal design of the interior space of the medium-sized flats for talents is proposed.
