Research On The Public Space Design Of Talent Apartment Based On The Perspective Of Sharing

The increasing mobility of the population has been accompanied by a rise in house prices,while rising educational attainment has led to an increase in the number of graduates.With the support of national policies,how to retain talent has become an important research issue in regional development.The question of how to fundamentally solve the problem of "housing" for foreign talent has therefore become a hot topic.At the same time,with the rapid development of the sharing economy in recent years,the shared living model has been rapidly integrated into our daily lives,especially among the younger generation,who have been very quick to embrace and accept this approach.However,as the convenience of the internet has become more prominent,new problems have emerged with it.However,with the increasing accessibility of the internet,new problems have emerged,such as reduced opportunities for interpersonal communication and increased social isolation.Therefore,actively exploring the public space of talent flats and seeking diversity in public space can effectively relieve the work pressure of contemporary youth,change the social state,promote people’s emotional connection,reconstruct harmonious neighbourhood relationships,enhance the residential well-being of talent groups at all stages of their lives,and enable them to develop in the city in a stable and long-term manner,thus promoting healthy urban development.This paper is divided into six chapters to discuss,the first chapter mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status,methods and framework,etc.The second chapter mainly expounds the concept and definition of the research object.The third chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and living needs of talent groups,and selects Jingzhou Jinfeng Talent Apartment for a field trip to carry out targeted analysis on the functional configuration and design,sort out the advantages and disadvantages,and discuss the universal functional configuration and design logic from a shared perspective.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant theories of public space,two excellent design cases in China are analyzed and summarized to pave the way for the following.The fifth chapter summarizes and extracts the design principles and strategies of the talent apartment from the perspective of sharing,and applies the design principles and strategies to the project practice.Chapter six summarizes the main conclusions,innovations,research deficiencies and prospects of the paper.
