| Since the spread of the new coronavirus in early 2020,the world has started the epidemic defense war.Due to the highly contagious nature of the virus and the increasing number of patients, urban health facilities are under great pressure. In order to cope with the sudden epidemic, the transformation and upgrading of hospital construction in the new era have been accelerated, and the concept of prefabricated buildings has been gradually promoted.Among them, the new ward assembly partition wall integrates the medical equipment, lamps and other functions required by the ward.Because the integrated equipment cavity destroys the integrity of the wall itself, its sound insulation performance is difficult to meet the requirements of weighted sound insulation+spectrum correction greater than 45d B in the civil building sound insulation design code, and it cannot effectively reduce the noise transmission between wards. Therefore, this paper aims to study the influencing factors of the sound insulation performance of the prefabricated partition wall in the ward, and optimize the sound insulation design of the integrated wall to meet the requirements of acoustic specifications.Firstly, the prefabricated partition wall of the ward is briefly summarized by combing the literature, including the requirements, integrated functions and characteristics of the prefabricated partition wall of the ward.Understanding the research status of prefabricated wall sound insulation design at home and abroad,it is found that there are few related research on prefabricated and integrated walls at home and abroad, and there is a lack of complex wall sound insulation prediction model and sound insulation design related research. At the same time, the design principle of wall sound insulation is combed, the theoretical model of Sharp sound insulation of keel double-wall,combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated partition wall of the ward,is combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated partition wall of the ward to derive the complex integrated wall sound insulation prediction model and verify its accuracy.Secondly, based on the theoretical model and characteristics of the prefabricated partition wall of the ward, the influencing factors of its sound insulation performance were screened out,and the wall weighted sound insulation amount(R_w),spectrum correction amount(C),weighted sound insulation amount+spectrum correction amount(R_w+C)were used as the evaluation index. The control variable method is used to obtain the influence law of single factor change on the sound insulation performance of the wall. The importance of variables was analyzed by random sampling, and the parameters that should be considered in the optimal design of prefabricated partition wall sound insulation in the ward were screened out,so as to provide a basis for the optimal design of wall sound insulation. Finally, combined with the study of the law of influencing factors and referring to engineering practices, sound insulation optimization measures are proposed for the prefabricated wall of the ward, including four aspects:areal density, cavity, gap treatment, and position optimization of junction box and equipment bottom box.Taking the prefabricated wall scheme of the general ward and intensive care unit of Guangming Hospital as an example, five optimization structures were designed, and the Comsol software simulation was used to verify and optimize the sound insulation performance of the front and rear walls. The results show that the weighted sound insulation amount+spectrum correction amount(R_w+C)of the optimized prefabricated wall scheme can meet the specification requirements, which proves the feasibility of the proposed prefabricated wall sound insulation optimization measures, and provides reference for the optimal design of prefabricated wall sound insulation in wards. |
