Schedule management is one of the important elements of project management,and the requirements of project management for schedule management have been improving with the development of the times.China’s Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system has been successfully operated,and the development and production of satellite receivers for Beidou-guided artillery shells has been carried out simultaneously with the R&D and production of the overall unit.As the technology continues to iterate,the R&D and production processes of satellite receivers become more complex,and the project schedule management becomes more and more difficult.Classical schedule management methods such as Gantt chart,expert review technique and critical path method have been relatively mature and are widely used in the daily management of the enterprise.However,it is found from the project management of J Enterprises that the classical schedule management methods can no longer meet the increasing schedule management requirements in the face of new situations and new problems.In this thesis,based on the critical chain method,combined with the project attributes of project A of enterprise J,and based on the research of many scholars,some innovative improvements are made to the critical chain technique to improve the schedule management level of project A.The main ideas of this study are as follows: First,the gray prediction method is used instead of the traditional expert evaluation in the estimation of the duration of each process.This approach not only improves the estimation accuracy and avoids errors caused by subjective expert judgment,but also makes full use of the internal data of the enterprise,saves meeting time and expert fees,and reduces the capital cost and time cost of project management.The improved duration estimation by gray prediction method also provides the basic data for the subsequent critical chain improvement.Second,when using the critical chain technique for schedule management of Project A,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the entropy weight method were used to calculate the comprehensive coefficients,thus determining the buffer zone more precisely.In previous studies,the determination of buffer zones lacked consideration of project attributes;this study uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the weight of expert scoring and the entropy weight method to calculate the entropy value of historical data of previous processes,combining both subjective and objective aspects to set the buffer zones,thus improving the reliability of buffer zone setting.Finally,this thesis uses the dynamic method to monitor the buffers.Buffer monitoring is one of the core issues of critical chain management.In this study,a dynamic buffer monitoring model is designed to reuse the safety time accumulated in each process and dynamically allocate it to subsequent processes according to certain rules.This dynamic allocation method can make full use of the safety time and avoid excessive actions,thus saving management resources.The use of this dynamic monitoring approach can effectively improve schedule management.Through the research of this thesis,it can be concluded that the schedule management scheme based on the critical chain method designed in this study,through the improvement of the process duration estimation method,the improvement of the buffer setting method and the adjustment of the buffer monitoring method,can effectively improve the project schedule management effect and facilitate the control of the project by the managers,which has certain application value.
