| In the project management,schedule management,quality,management and cost management constitute the three main contents of project management.Among them,the schedule management is the core content of the project management,but also an important measure of a project comprehensive management ability,standard,for the project management period,quality,cost and safety management development,influence effect is significant,so make a scientific and reasonable,can implement the project schedule management plan,is fully guarantee the project,can achieve the total duration development goal key node.The traditional project schedule management mode is only a static management mode of mutual and connection between various processes.The existing project management ignores many resource constraints between various processes in the project execution process,which makes the effect of project progress management is not ideal.Through the analysis and research of the current project progress management,this paper proposes to apply the critical chain technology to the progress management of construction projects.Introduce the constraint theory into project schedule management and emphasize the resource conflict problem in project schedule management,which is of great significance to the control and management of project schedule.This study takes the progress management of L community old village reconstruction project as the research object,and provides a reference idea for the progress management by constructing the critical chain model of project schedule management.This study first summarizes the domestic and foreign research results,clarifies the relevant concepts and basic theories:determines the critical chain technology for project management theory,including the decomposition of project structure,identifying the key path,balancing resource conflicts,determining the critical chain and setting the buffer zone;and conducts effective,supervision and timely regulation in the process of schedule management.The model was used to optimize the efficiency of project progress management of L community old village reconstruction project,and to construct the progress management mode of L community old village reconstruction project,which was applied in the actual progress management of old village reconstruction project of L community,and the implementation effect of the optimization scheme was analyzed.Through this study,the critical chain technology applied to L community above reconstruction project schedule management,the actual project duration reduced for 33 days,avoid the problem of project construction delay,build the based on the critical chain technology of L community above reconstruction project schedule management model,meet the actual of project schedule management,and ensuring the project schedule and quality,through the setting of the buffer set the stability of the project schedule improved,enrich the former reconstruction project schedule management related theory to explore. |
