| Cost management is an important link in engineering project construction management.The level of cost management by construction units will directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises.Strengthening cost refinement management is the key to obtaining high profit space for enterprises.BIM5 D technology,as a representative of information technology in the new era,has been valued and widely applied in the construction industry,providing opportunities for construction cost informatization and refined management.This paper aimed to achieve the refined management of construction costs.By elaborating the BIM5 D technology,refined management and the theory of refined management of construction costs,it summarized the problems existing in the management of Unit cost of construction,analyzed the influencing factors of construction cost management,built a refined management system of construction costs based on BIM5 D technology,and finally verified its feasibility and economy through cases.Firstly,a review of the current situation at home and abroad is conducted from three aspects: construction cost management,refined management,and the application of BIM5 D technology in construction cost management.Secondly,introduced the relevant theories of BIM5 D technology and refined management,as well as the earned value method in cost management methods.Then,based on the survey results,analyzed the current situation and problems of construction cost management process,constructed an explanatory structure model for the influencing factors of construction cost management,and analyzed it from the four dimensions of organization,technology,resources,and contract,providing solutions for the application of BIM5 D technology.Finally,based on the above analysis,a framework for a refined construction cost management system based on BIM5 D technology is constructed.The steps include:(1)establishing an organizational structure for construction cost management based on BIM5 D technology;(2)Creating professional BIM3 D models for civil engineering,electromechanical,water supply and drainage,associate progress and cost information,built a BIM5 D model platform,and combined the earned value method to established a three-stage refined management process of pre control,in-process control,and post control;(3)Elaborate on the specific steps of BIM5 D technology for fine management of construction costs;(4)Evaluating the benefits of applying BIM5 D technology in refined construction cost management.Combined with the project case,the BIM5 D technology is used to carry out the fine management of construction cost.This process solves the problem of imprecise cost management of construction enterprises,realizes considerable economic benefits,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of BIM5 D technology application,and greatly improves the efficiency of construction unit cost management. |
