In recent years,the growth rate of China’s automobile market is far faster than expected.The automobile manufacturing industry has entered a period of cost competition.Enterprises with low-cost and high-quality products are more likely to obtain strong competitiveness in the market.Many automobile manufacturers at home and abroad gradually focus on reducing product costs,and constantly seek cost management mode to adapt to the development of enterprises.In the field of theoretical research,many experts and scholars continue to carry out innovative research on cost management,and the new management idea of integrating refinement into cost management arises at the historic moment.The implementation of cost refinement management plays a positive role in controlling cost,increasing efficiency and enhancing competitiveness of enterprises.KT Company is a small and medium-sized auto parts manufacturing enterprise that has developed for 17 years.It has a high market share in the local auto parts manufacturing field.However,in the industry competition environment,KT Company still faces great pressure to improve its competitiveness and sustainable development.Through literature research,case analysis,field investigation,data analysis and interview,this paper takes KT Company as the research object,and studies the refined cost management from the perspective of each operation process.Through the research,it is found that KT Company has many cost management problems in procurement,production,quality inspection,warehousing and other operation links.Further analysis shows that the main reasons are low level of cost management information,weak awareness of cost management,lack of refined management concept and lack of cost management responsibility assessment.In view of the problem of KT Company’s cost management,this paper introduces the concept of refined management,combines the existing research results at home and abroad,follows the principle of refined cost management,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of KT Company’s implementation of refined cost management,and designs an effective implementation scheme of refined cost management for each operation link,such as procurement,production,quality inspection and storage,so as to reduce the cost At the same time,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s refined cost management.This study provides a theoretical guidance for KT Company’s cost refinement management,which is of great practical significance for the company to improve its cost management level,reduce costs,increase profits and enhance its core competitiveness. |
