Study On The Location Of China Europe Express Freight Collection Center In Central South Hebei

The China-Europe freight train in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative plays an important role in connectivity.The construction of cargo gathering center is a key measure for the high-quality development of China-Europe freight trains,but it has not formed a unified standard,the fierce competition of goods sources and other problems,which have adversely affected the operation of most foreign trade enterprises.Central and southern Hebei is rich in goods,the conditions of the development of the gathering center are increasingly perfect,the export demand of goods is increasing,the location of the central and European freight train gathering center is becoming an issue that foreign trade enterprises need to pay attention to.Based on this,reasonable site selection in central and southern Hebei is an important measure to improve the China-Europe freight train lines,alleviate the competition situation of goods sources,and expand the coverage of transportation.This thesis conducts the following research:First of all,the concepts and characteristics of the cargo collection center are defined,and the relevant theories,coverage models and solving algorithms of multi-objective decision-making theory,location theory and location selection are expounded,which provides theoretical support for the following sections.Secondly,this paper introduces the development status of China-Europe freight trains and cargo collection centers in the south of Hebei Province.Through the analysis of the current situation,the existing problems of the cargo collection centers in the south of Hebei Province are found and the causes are analyzed.Then,it leads to the organization mode of cargo transportation for China-Europe freight trains in the South of Hebei Province: the cargo sources within the radiation range of the south of Hebei Province are transported to the cargo collection center,which is then reorganized and shipped to the European destination.This way can greatly shorten the transportation time of goods,to reduce the transportation cost has a great contribution;Finally,the paper constructs the location coverage model and genetic algorithm of the freight collection center of the Central and southern Hebei region and makes an empirical analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)56 main supplier points were selected,and K-means algorithm was used for cluster analysis.Considering the current situation of development in central and southern Hebei Province,seven selection and collection centers were determined.By using the set coverage location model and using MATLAB programming to solve the genetic algorithm,the optimal location results of the central Europe freight train collection center in the southern part of Hebei Province are obtained,which are Gaoyi station,Dingzhou station,Handan station and Gu ’an station.(2)Through the effectiveness test of the coverage and repetition rate,it is concluded that the site selection coverage rate of the Central Europe Freight Train Gathering Center in the central and southern Hebei region is 99%,and has a relatively reasonable overlap rate,which shows that the site selection scheme of the Central Europe Freight Train Gathering Center in the central and southern Hebei region is effective and scientific,and provides a scheme support for the overall planning layout.The China-Europe freight train will also be further optimized and promoted in the process of the construction and development of the cargo gathering center in central and southern Hebei,which will promote the formation of a benign competition and cooperation situation in the China-Europe freight train market.
