The China-Europe Railway Express promotes economic and trade exchanges between China and the "Belt and Road" countries and European countries.Even if the new crown a full-blown epidemic in 2020,the state economic and trade hit,china-Europe trains carrying goods trade.There are currently more than 70 cities in my country with China-Europe trains.In 2020,the central government proposed to build five assembly centers.However,because the five assembly centers are located in Chengdu,Xi’an,Zhengzhou and Urumqi,the northernmost and southernmost areas are There are still problems such as low utilization rate of trains and low return rate in China-Europe train cities in the region.In order to alleviate the above situation,this paper proposes the idea of building the second batch of assembly centers,and uses relevant calculation methods to provide the best choice for the cities where the second batch of assembly centers are located.In addition,the warehouse management of the assembly center is studied and simulated,and the results are further optimized.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and operation mode of China-Europe freight trains,further screening the candidate cities according to their current situation,and establishes the evaluation model of specific indicators of the candidate cities.And four categories of sustainable development as the first-level indicators,specifically extended to twelve factors as its second-level indicators.Using AHP and anti-entropy weight method to assign subjective and objective weights to its evaluation model,and assign the subjective and objective weights to fair and just weight coefficients according to the maximum squared sum of deviations.Finally,a comprehensive ranking order of twenty-two candidate cities is obtained.Secondly,establish the location model of the assembly center,and take the total cost(which can summarize the cost of assembly center construction,transportation,center operation and time offset)as the objective function,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution of the rendezvous center location.Through example data collection,select the top four alternative assembly centers and some source cities,and use Matlab software to compile and solve the optimal assembly center cities.Finally,the warehouse management of the assembly center is researched from three aspects: warehouse layout,cargo location coding and cargo location allocation,and the Flex-sim software is used to simulate the processes before storage,storage and delivery.According to its report The display is optimized,and the report shows that the utilization rate of the inspector before storage has increased from 26.6% to 71.68%,the utilization rate of equipment in storage has increased from 48.10% to 69.34%,and the utilization rate of equipment during delivery has increased from 65.54% to 65.33%..Although the utilization rate of equipment in the outbound process has declined,the new scheme is generally better than the old scheme.
