Study On Location Problem Of China Railway Express Western Channel Collection Center

Since the official operation of the China Railway Express,the development of the China Railway Express has achieved remarkable achievements.By the end of 2018,the China Railxvay Express had a total of more than 12000 trains acciunulatively,and only in 2018,6300 trains had been transported through counting.Behind the achievements of the development of China Railway Express,the problems such as the competition for cargo resource of various lines,the difficulty of nonmal operation,and relying on subsidies seriously are gradually revealed,which has become a hindrance to the further development of the China Railway Express.Relying on policy support and high subsidies,China Railway Express have been organized in various places,resulting in fierce competition in various local governments and cargo resource.It is difficult for many cities to achieve normal operation.It has caused great trouble to improve the marketization,accomplish nornnal operation and enhance the China Railway Express brand competitiveness in post-subsidy era.The western channel serves as the most intensive transportation channel for the express,the selection of the China Railway Express western channel collection center can help to speed up the assembly of goods,improve the overall transportation capacity of the China Railway Express,save the time of assemble,and ensure the normal operation and delivery frequency of the China Railway Express as much as possible;Secondly the selection of the collection center will also help to enhance the core competitiveness of the China Railway Express,and to exert the unique advantages of the C hina Railway Express in terms of policies and scale.Based on the researches about background of the development and the related researches of the China Railway Express,this paper introduces the development status and organizational models of the China Railway Express,analyzes the main problems of the China Railway Express in operation and organization and the factors affecting the selection of China Railway Express western channel collection center.In view of the difficulties in the aggregation and the difficulty of normalization and the large-scale operation for most cities which have organized China Railway Express,this paper is based on the principle:assemble scattered cargo resource,taking the cities through the western channel which have transported China Railway Express and accomplished large-scale normal operation currently as candidate point of the collection center for cargo assembly and grouping.Taking into account the cost of goods transportation and customer time satisfaction,based on the theory of location problem,multi-objective optimization and the customer time satisfaction theory,the multi-objective optimization location model of the China Railway Express western channel collection center is constructed with the minimum total cost of express transportation and the maximum time satisfaction of express collection as the objective function,and the model is solved by NSGA-?.Finally,collecting relevant data about China Railway Express western channel and setting parameter,solve the example to determine the location of the collection center,and verify the validity of the model,meanwhile provides a certain reference for subsequent development ofthe China Railway Express.The innovation of this paper is proposing to establish a China Railway Express westem channel collection center to collect the cargo of the cities which cannot normalize operation based on the actual situation of the China Railway Express;secondly,considering the operating costs and assembly time,the multi-objective location model with the minimum cost of the express and the maximum satisfaction of the cargo assembly time is established?...
