Evaluation And Optimization Of Spatial Configuration Of Elderly Care Service Facilities In Central Urban Area Of Hefei City

Old care has become the basic guarantee of people’s livelihood.Pension must not only pay attention to the equalization of urban and rural pension facilities,but also the problem of uneven distribution of pension facilities inside the city.As the elderly population increases,the problem of pension is increasingly prominent,and the demand for pension continues to increase.Pension facilities are the carrier of providing pension services for the elderly.The scientific and reasonable space allocation of pension facilities will help to achieve a balanced allocation of pension facilities resources and promote social fairness.First of all,this paper combs the background,related concepts and theoretical basis of the old-age service facilities,and draws lessons from the methods of spatial allocation evaluation of public service facilities at home and abroad.By combing the concept of old-age service facilities,the old-age service facilities are divided into institutional old-age facilities and community old-age service facilities.Based on the data of the seventh population census in Hefei,the spatial distribution,population density and aging rate of the elderly population in Hefei were visually expressed by using the spatial analysis method,and the spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population were obtained.Secondly,based on the data of the old-age facilities in Hefei in 2021,taking the street as the research unit,this paper analyzes the present situation of the old-age facilities in the central city of Hefei.The number and spatial distribution of old-age facilities are visually expressed by kernel density analysis method,and the scale of old-age facilities is calculated by mathematical statistics method.Using service area analysis,buffer analysis,Gaussian two-step mobile search and location entropy theory,this paper evaluates the spatial allocation of old-age facilities in Hefei central city from three aspects: service scope,accessibility and fairness.It is found that the spatial distribution of old-age facilities in the central city of Hefei is unbalanced,the construction scale is insufficient,the relationship between supply and demand is mismatched,and the level of old-age services and medical care is low.Finally,combined with the situation of the old-age facilities in the central city of Hefei,the optimization strategy is put forward.From two aspects of optimization principles and strategies,the optimization principles are people-oriented,the spatial layout of old-age facilities should be matched with the distribution of the elderly population,and the spatial configuration of old-age facilities should be built in different scales;The optimization strategy is put forward from five aspects: differentiated allocation in different regions,graded allocation of old-age facilities,promotion of embedded old-age care development,upgrading of old-age care institutions,and integration of medical care and nursing care.Figure[53] table[20] reference[96]...
