| In recent years,the party and government have continuously promoted party building to lead the innovative development of grassroots governance,and has a party-mass service center with complete functions and convenience for the people.It has improved grassroots governance capabilities and explored the party and government’s promotion of grassroots party building and contacting and serving the masses.The new path has strengthened the "stickiness" between the party and the government and the masses.At the same time,in the context of urban renewal,the reuse of old industrial buildings has become a frequent urban issue.Start with the project practice of transforming the waste warehouse in the Jiangxi Changzheng Machinery Factory into the party-mass service center in Shigang Town,and explore the theory and practice of the transformation path.This research mainly addresses the following questions: Why should old industrial buildings be retained and reused? Can its significance and value be better than demolishing and rebuilding? What are the reasons for the second decline of existing old industrial building renovation projects?Can it be improved by reforming the party-mass service center that is close to the daily life of the masses? What are the specific design principles and methods that should be followed to transform into a party-mass service center needed for daily life?Based on these questions,the research structure of this article is as follows:Chapter One,Introduction.Explains the research background,purpose and significance,research object and its concept definition,innovation points,research status at home and abroad,etc.Chapter Two,the value and utilization of old industrial buildings.Explains the reuse value and place spirit of old industrial buildings,summarizes the characteristics and transformation modes of old industrial buildings,and introduces the principles,difficulties and advantages of transformation.The third chapter is the integration of old industrial building renovation and party-mass service center design.As an emerging space,the party-mass service center has basically zero related practical cases in the transformation cases.Therefore,we sort out the design cases of the transformation of old industrial buildings into public service spaces,and extract the universal transformation and construction inspiration.The party-mass service center is an emerging Space,the development cycle is short,and there are no relevant practical cases to learn from in the old industrial building renovation cases at home and abroad.Therefore,through the analysis of a few existing domestic and foreign old industrial buildings transformed into public service space design cases,the research is given.The concrete decision-making basis and design principles for the transformation of old industrial buildings into the party-mass service center.Chapter 4,the preliminary investigation of the actual case "Shigang Town Party and Mass Service Center Space Design",introduces the development background of Shigang Town,Jiangxi Changzheng Machinery Factory,and Changzheng Community,analyzes the current situation of the building,location and audience,and clearly reserves the transformation significance.The fifth chapter,the design plan results,introduces the project function positioning planning,construction ideas,functional zoning and party building display content.At the same time,it implements the design strategy of the party-mass service center and presents the final indoor and outdoor design plan results.Chapter 6,Summary and Prospects,elaborates the limitations of this research,sorts out the problems,systems and strategies of the renovation of old industrial buildings,hoping to provide more renovation ideas for future reuse research,and provide for the coexistence of old industrial buildings and urban development New directions and suggestions. |
