Jintan District Maoshan Tourist Service Center Design

In recent years,with the improvement of the national economy and the rapid development of the society,tourism has become an important economic industry in the country.The state has promulgated various policies to help and guide the development of tourism in all parts of the country.The tourism industry showed vigorous development trend,Local governments are also constantly strengthening the development and construction of local tourism industry.So,The design of tourist center has become an important issue in tourism development.It can be found in practical research,there is no relevant design standard and reference basis for the scale of the domestic tourist service centers.Most of them are determined by past cases or designers' own practical experience,some of the tourist centers are too large or too small.There are relatively few studies on this type of tourist service center,most of them appear in academic dissertations,the arguments are scattered and there is no systematic guiding principle.This graduation project is a tourist service center design located in Maoshan scenic area of Jintan.T he scenic area is in the initial stage of construction and development,and urgently needs a tourist service center.I hope perfecting and summarizing the functional configuration of the tourist service center by this design.Finally,it is implemented in the monomer design of Maoshan tourist service center,studying the relationship between space,the relationship between building and environment,the scale of building,and the material and structure of building.Firstly,the paper explains the concept about scenic area.And then through the summarization and analysis of a lot of cases and the function of the visitor service center.To meet the current visitor service center,optimizing the functionality.Then based on the relevant degree papers,refer to the calculation method of each function of urban passenger terminal,studying and optimizing the calculation of functional area of tourist service center.For functions that do not give a calculation method,the general area value is obtained by summarizing the research case.Finally,a set of more systematic function configuration table and area table of tourist service center are obtained.The whole thesis contains about 13625words,46 pictures and charts.
