| Under the background of the steady development of building industrialization,prefabricated building,as a kind of building form with good economic benefits,high construction efficiency and relatively green environment protection,attracts more and more people’s attention.In recent years,it has also been vigorously developed by the state,and promoted by the government’s support and relevant policies and regulations,forming a preliminary market scale.It also plays an important role in promoting Chinese residential industrialization construction.Small light steel assembly building conforms to the general direction of Chinese modernization construction,and can largely solve the problems of building types such as housing in urban or rural areas,and solve the problems of weak seismic performance,energy saving effect and so on.But our light steel assembly building in the actual construction because of the insufficient level of industrialization,not yet mature complete industry chain causes the high cost price,and the public acceptance is not high.As one of the pioneer countries in the development of light steel prefabricated building,Japan has made remarkable research achievements at present.Its use of light steel prefabricated buildings mainly in low-rise homes has created a prefabricated housing industry dominated by large manufacturer conglomerates.Japanese manufacturers treat light steel prefabricated buildings as a large commodity,not only designing houses,but also producing,building and maintaining houses,and are keen to develop unique construction systems,including structures,joints,parts,etc.Manufacturer’s proprietary technologies and ways to achieve the link between the links,improve the overall accuracy of the house and produce more high-quality products.At the same time,various Japanese firms have also built architectural works with innovative living patterns and spatial ways that adapt to current social conditions and other architectural works with reference value.The purpose of this research is to explore how to promote the development of the residential construction in Japan.From the perspective of architectural design and subsequent whole process,this paper takes the small light steel prefabricated buildings in Japan as the research object,including the large manufacturers’ house design dominated by enterprises,specifically for(1)Sekisui house(2)Daiwa House(3)Hebel House(4)Panasonic House(5)Sekisuiheim house(6)Toyota house,and design-oriented office house design.Specific for(1)Rokko house(2)Hamilton house(3)MOH house(4)Amida house(5)11 Boxes(6)Shack Dwelling.Based on the general situation of prefabricated light steel housing industry in Japan,the design characteristics of prefabricated light steel buildings in Japan are summarized from five aspects: seismic and durable performance of structural system,thermal insulation and weather-proof and sound-proof performance of envelope system,energy saving and intelligence of equipment and pipeline system,refined and integrated design of interior system,standardization and personalized design of architectural design concept.By integrating and analyzing the key points of each link of "design-production-transport-construction-operation and maintenance",it is pointed out that the rapid development of light steel prefabricated residential buildings cannot be separated from policy support,public recognition,mature industrial chain,technology accumulation and design and research and development ability of enterprises.This paper summarizes the means and methods suitable for developing high-quality small light steel assembly type civil building in our country on the basis of investigation and investigation in certain area of Hanzhong,Shaanxi,and puts forward some suggestions and specific strategies,which provide beneficial reference for the development of our residential building industrialization,further promoting the modernization and industrialization of our construction industry. |
