With the development of the times and society,in order to achieve a comprehensive well-off society,my country launched a "beautiful village" plan in2018 to promote rural construction.In recent years,the rapid development of society has been accompanied by changes in farmers' production and lifestyles.More farmers are not satisfied with the quality and function of the original housing.At the same time,with the construction of rural areas on the agenda,each village has a number of villagers' housing.Higher demand.The traditional brick-concrete structure is widely used in rural areas in China,but this kind of building structure will not only cause great pollution and damage to the ecological environment during the construction process,because the construction period is too long,it will greatly disrupt the life rhythm of the villagers.Increase the cost of non-building construction expenditures.Therefore,in the context of the practice of building a beautiful countryside in the new countryside,in order to improve the efficiency of the planning and renovation of rural houses while meeting the villagers' requirements for building quality,a systematic and systematic construction and construction system that is more in line with the current countryside is needed.Under such a large background,this paper first investigates the current development status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,and gives a judgment and analysis of the positioning of various types of building technologies and building systems in my country.At the same time,it focuses on the current situation of rural housing development in my country,and proposes the necessity of rural housing industrialization in combination with current affairs policies.According to the natural conditions and actual needs of the northern rural areas of China,the properties of the existing prefabricated prefabricated building system are compared and analyzed,and the prefabricated architectural system suitable for the northern rural areas of China is selected as the light steel frame structure system,and the system materials Carry out optimization analysis in order to better fit with the northernvillages.Subsequently,the construction method of the system and the traditional brick-concrete structure system were compared and analyzed,and the matching degree between the system and the rural houses in northern my country was analyzed.Finally,combined with the actual situation,focusing on Chang'an Village,Pengquan Street,Laiwu High-tech Zone,Jinan City,Shandong Province,according to the relevant policies,the overall village planning plan and residential planning plan are proposed.Combined with field survey analysis and survey table data statistics,the villagers' satisfaction with the current housing and their expectations for the new housing are summarized.Then,according to the wishes of the villagers,the residential characteristics expected by most villagers are obtained,and the intention of village house renovation is proposed.Through the traditional construction methods and prefabricated buildings in the construction cost,construction period,labor cost and other aspects of data simulation analysis,summarize its advantages and disadvantages in Changan Village and propose corresponding solutions,on this basis from the policy to promote,The system advantages and the typicality of Chang'an Village are analyzed in three aspects: the universality of the implementation of the system in rural areas.Finally,the strategy of industrialization of rural residential buildings in China is proposed to lay the foundation for the construction of beautiful villages.This article starts from the development of prefabricated buildings in China,and summarizes and selects the building system suitable for China's rural areas.Secondly,it conducts a detailed survey of traditional farm houses in Shandong and summarizes the quality of local traditional farm houses in construction.The general problems related to the construction model and other aspects.At the same time,the villagers' wishes were analyzed and sorted out based on the survey and interviews with villagers in Chang'an Village.The building was compared and summarized.On this basis,through investigation,the information collection of the rural self-built houses and light steel frame prefabricated lightweight ALC plate buildings in the rural brick-concrete structure was collected,and the construction quality of rural houses with the same construction implement prefabricated building system in Chang'an Village,and according to the current situation of Chang'an Village's residential houses and the typicality and extensiveness of the difficulties in
