| In the past decade,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly under the impetus of China’s new urbanization policy.With the rapid completion of buildings of various sizes,the urban landscape has undergone earth-shaking changes.But too fast construction speed has brought a lot of problems.Problems such as long construction time,high energy consumption,large environmental impact,low quality,and unsustainable development have had a huge impact on people’s living environment,and urban and rural renewal has also been restricted.Lightweight buildings developed in the form of prefabricated components provide a reasonable solution to the above problems.Factory prefabricated components increase the precision of the building.At the same time,it reduces the various quality defects that may occur in the wet work of the construction site in the past,and ensures the controllability of the building quality.On the other hand,the use of new materials and new technologies increases the flexibility of the building,reduces the occurrence of construction waste,and makes reconstruction,demolition and immigration easier and more feasible.This paper analyzes the types of typical light building practice cases in China.And carry out comparative research to analyze the space design,functional organization,structure,construction characteristics and application range of various light building envelopes.Summarized different design methods and technical means,and proposed the design strategy of light buildings,which provided some references for the development of light buildings in China in the future.This paper includes the following six chapters: The first chapter introduces the research background,research objects and concepts,research purposes and significance,research status and research methods and framework.The second chapter introduces and analyzes several major systems of light construction in China,which is the basis of the following text.The third chapter introduces the practice of contemporary light buildings,selects typical cases,and classifies them as the basis of this research.The fourth chapter is the analysis and research on the spatial design and functional organization of light buildings.The fifth chapter analyzes the structural system selection,node structure and enclosing system of the light building construction system.According to the analysis and research of the previous chapters,the sixth chapter puts forward the response design strategy of domestic light building design and looks forward to the future. |
