| In addition to taking social responsibility and achieving social value,the important goal of the company’s management is to achieve sustainable development,but with the continuous rise of labor costs,manufacturing companies,especially for small and medium-sized companies,have less and less profit space.Such companies have to improve the production management level,especially the more critical production plan management level.This dissertation selects C company’s air filter production planning management as the research object.By analyzing the characteristics of C Company’s filter products for painting shop and its market,this dissertation introduces the difficulties of order scheduling,inventory turnover,production process etc.which C Company is facing now.By using 5WHY method,Fish-bone diagram method,questionnaire method and other tools,we find out the core problems and root causes existing in the production planning management in C company.They are unreasonable order prioritization,unreasonable classification of MTS and MTO and demand forecasting method,and unreasonable capacity allocation.After identifying the root causes of C company’s air filter production planning management,this dissertation proposes the correspondent proposals to solve the problems in order to improve the production planning level,reduce the production costs,and increasing the company’s production efficiency and market competitiveness.The correspondent proposals uses a lot of tools,for example,AHP,combined forecasting analysis for prediction,EPL theory,CODP from delayed manufacturing theory and so on. |
