Information and computer technologies enable the revolution of manufacturing industry.Meanwhile,benefited from the internet,sharing economy,a mutual benefit and win-win result economy pattern,has been growing up,and is successfully applied by many industries.Honestly,the sharing economy has been emerged in manufacturing industry(namely sharing manufacturing)for a long time,however,the development of internet makes it transformed its application scope and depth;it meets the requirements of the promotion of manufacturing in our country,and this thesis focuses on the research of Planning System of Sharing Manufacturing(PSSM).As it is relatively new,there is no planning methodology so far developed for sharing manufacturing,and the application of the traditional planning systems to PSSM faces challenges,as they cannot satisfy the key characteristics of sharing manufacturing,e.g.service-oriented and customization-centered.Hence,based on these characteristics,the following research demands of PSSM have been come out:"the integration of service and production","aggregate service planning within distinct service granularities","production optimization for multiple companies with different production requirements" and "increasing the economics of scales for customization".Correspondingly,the thesis proposes "Planning System for Sharing Manufacturing(PSSM)","Multi-level Aggregate Service Planning(MASP)","Common Delayed Differentiation based Production Planning(CDDP)" and "Similarity-based Production Scheduling for Customized Production(SPSC)" four key technologies for this purpose.The first chapter introduces the background of the research,and presents the research demands.The thesis studies the related works and illustrates the necessity of the research,and then proposes the structure of the thesis.The second chapter illustrates the PSSM and its functions and describes the concept of manufacturing as a service(MaaS)and its encapsulation,standardization,configuration and management methods.The sharing manufacturing architecture is presented as well.Also,the interactions among MASP,CDDP,SPSC are analysed.The third chapter studies the MASP which embraces two key methodologies,i.e.service hierarchy and time series based service demand forecasting.The fourth chapter proposes the CDDP which contains the formulations of the integrated demand release mechanism,the ways of hybrid inventory configuration and hybrid inventory replenishment.The integrated release policy represents the consideration of the differences between service providers,and the hybrid methods of inventory configuration and replenishment reflect the flexibility of CDDP.The fifth chapter introduces the SPSC which includes the identification of parts with process similarity,the representation of process constraints between part groups and the formulation of intelligent optimization algorithm.The sixth chapter presents the study cases of MASP,CDDP and SPSC,which proves the adaptability and effectiveness of these three technologies.The seventh chapter concludes the thesis,and presents the innovations and the directions for future work.
