Since the reform and opening up,China’s architectural decoration industry has achieved rapid development.However,in recent years,the complex and changeable global economic environment,the transformation and upgrading of domestic economic development,and the repeated impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic in the past three years,the growth rate of the domestic architectural decoration industry has been slowing down.In this context,how to choose,formulate and implement their own development strategies,dissolve the development bottleneck,enhance their core competitiveness,so as to achieve benign sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply study the development strategy of architectural decoration enterprises.This paper takes Guangxi CM architectural Decoration Company as the research object.First of all,based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of architectural decoration,the internal resources and capabilities,external macro environment and industry competition environment of Guangxi CM architectural decoration company are systematically analyzed to identify and evaluate the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats in the development of Guangxi CM architectural decoration company at the present stage.And construct the evaluation matrix of internal and external environmental factors;Secondly,according to the environment facing CM architectural decoration company in Guangxi,SWOT matrix is established to sum up the alternative strategies.Then,combining the current market environment and the situation of CM architectural decoration company in Guangxi,growth strategy of CM architectural decoration company in Guangxi is selected and formulated.Through deep cultivation of the main business,steady operation is maintained.Expand the optimization of incremental,planning transformation and upgrading to lead the company to achieve high-quality development.At the same time for service,marketing and management,the implementation of differentiation strategy to help enterprises establish brand image,enhance market share,enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward safeguard measures from six aspects: optimizing organizational management,strengthening financial control,strengthening marketing management,constructing digital management information platform,strengthening human resource management and deepening corporate culture construction,which provides reference for the smooth implementation of overall strategy and competitive strategy of CM Construction Decoration Company in Guangxi.
