The real estate and decoration industry is accompanied by the basic poverty alleviation in the country.The consumption of all citizens is rising.The original home decoration was only necessary for living.Now there is more demand.It is also the focus of national consumption.Laid a solid foundation.The concept of home decoration is becoming more and more avant-garde,the idea is becoming more and more open,and the style is more and more changing.It used to be the same,but now it is original,and the entire home improvement market is even more vibrant.Behind such a good prospect,there is increasingly fierce competition.Many potential companies have to take the opportunity to enter the market.Many other industries have switched to the home improvement industry.Many existing companies have tried their best to expand market share.As a result,the interior decoration industry is constantly changing.It is very difficult for LT company to find a path suitable for its own growth,which needs to be considered in combination with various factors.After understanding the actual needs and actual situation of LT company,according to the development strategy theory,using three tools and targeted in-depth research to build an appropriate strategy to guide its long-term development.From the international situation to the customer requirements,it will become a factor that affects the growth of LT.It needs to integrate various situations from large to small,from outside to inside,and from far to near,to conduct in-depth research and analysis,and to propose an appropriate development strategy after integration.In the matrix analysis,various factors are analyzed as a whole,a general development strategy is proposed,and three measures are adopted to ensure future implementation.In the last chapter,we propose reasonable,effective and implementable recommendations for the entire home improvement industry,and look forward to them.After all,LT is a small-scale company,and there is a lot of room forgrowth and improvement.Of course,there are many problems.This article carefully analyzes the status quo of the company and plans for the future,with a view to a longer-term development.At the same time,it can enable the management to have a clearer understanding,and then constantly strive to absorb professional knowledge to enhance the ability to analyze the decoration industry.Finally,I hope that the entire home improvement industry will have more substantial growth,update the strategy in real time according to customer needs,and also provide some suggestions for other companies.
