| Henan Chao Wei architectural design and decoration Engineering Limited company after 16 years of development and the fierce competition in the market,has already grown as the leading enterprises to design and construction of the integration.As the market changes,competition is almost white-hot.In order to enable the company to develop and expand,Chao Wei decoration company must define the company’s mission and objectives,and choose the right strategy for the company’s growth.In this paper,PEST analysis Porter’s five-force model are used to analyze the external environment of Chao Wei decoration.Secondly,the core competence model and the resource analysis method are used to analyze the interior environment of the Chao Wei decoration.Through the analysis of internal and external environment using SWOT analysis to find out the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises in the current situation and the opportunities and challenges.Analyze the company’s strategic choice and matching and determine the company’s overall development strategy and functional strategy,and then gives the development strategies and suggestions for the development of the company.This paper studied suggest that the Chao Wei decoration company should adopt a growth-oriented development strategy.Firstly,the company should improve the company’s business product line.That is,in the original decorative design and construction on the basis of strengthening the development of curtain wall design and construction.Secondly,in improving the company’s product line at the same time,implement market expansion strategy and shifted the market focus from Xin xiang to Zhengzhou,and strive in the next 3-5 years based around Zhengzhou radiation.Eventually grow into a strong brand in Henan decoration industry.To achieve the above strategic objectives.The company need to strengthen the financial management and staff development in the development process,and strengthen the channel construction and then complete the market expansion,and finally realize the company’s development and expansion. |
