As the traction power device of railway trains,diesel locomotive is an indispensable part of rail transportation,and it still has a wide application market in China and abroad.Diesel engine as the power core of diesel locomotive is the basic condition to ensure the normal transportation of railway.With the requirements of safety,speed,heavy load and energy saving and emission reduction of railway transportation,higher requirements are put forward for the performance of locomotive internal combustion engine.Due to the harsh working environment and heavy working load,various faults of the internal combustion engine system occur from time to time,which affects the safe operation of the locomotive.Therefore,the real-time online monitoring of the internal combustion engine working conditions is convenient for early analysis of possible hidden dangers and timely fault alarm,which is conducive to improving the maintenance efficiency of the internal combustion locomotive and reducing the loss caused by the accident.This thesis presents an on-line monitoring task for diesel engine system of diesel locomotive,and develops a working condition parameter acquisition system for diesel locomotive.The system can automatically collect various operating parameters of the diesel engine system during operation,so as to provide drivers with real-time understanding and mastering of the operating state and fault diagnosis of the diesel engine.Firstly,the basic working principle of diesel engine is introduced,and the main working condition parameters that need to be monitored during the operation of diesel engine are analyzed,including the temperature and pressure of coolant,oil,intake and exhaust,and the speed of engine and turbocharger.At the same time,the principle and selection of corresponding signal detection sensors are analyzed and demonstrated,and the overall architecture of diesel engine working condition parameter acquisition system for diesel locomotive is proposed.Combined with the actual working environment,port function and resource requirements of diesel engine system of diesel locomotive,ds PIC30f6010 A chip is selected as the main control chip of the hardware circuit of the subject in the diesel engine parameter acquisition system.According to the functional requirements,the circuit module is designed around the system,mainly including the design of the basic circuit of the master chip,the power conversion circuit,the analog signal acquisition circuit,the frequency signal acquisition circuit,the switch acquisition circuit,and the communication interface circuit.Then based on MPLAB X IDE software programming environment for ds PIC30f6010 A microprocessor system software development,including the main program flow,speed signal acquisition process,temperature,pressure analog acquisition process,switch acquisition process,CAN communication and RS485 communication process.In order to facilitate the real-time monitoring of the operating state,data analysis and processing,and fault diagnosis of diesel engines,this thesis designs a PC system based on LabVIEW,which interacts with the data acquisition device through serial communication,and stores,displays,and processes the data collected by analysis in real time.Finally,the functional test of the designed diesel engine working condition parameter acquisition system was carried out.Firstly,the power conversion module and peripheral circuit of the system hardware circuit are tested to ensure the test data acquisition function after normal.The simulated working condition signal of the diesel engine system is provided for the diesel engine acquisition device,and the collected information can be stored,displayed,early warning and fault diagnosis on the host computer.The test results show that the system reaches the expected design goal,and the results have engineering promotion value for improving the operation safety performance and system maintainability of the diesel locomotive.
