In order to improve the students' hands-on ability,with rich teaching equipment,based on the research of the engine operation data,using the virtual instrument development platform,designed a data acquisition system of engine operation data.The system can be used to determine whether the car engine is in normal operating state.At the same time,this system is also helpful to the automobile maintenance factory staff to the engine fault fast diagnosis and the detection.In order to improve work efficiency,increase the accuracy of fault detection.In this paper,the design of a virtual instrument LabVIEW development platform,the design of a set of engine operating data acquisition system.In the process of the design of the virtual instrument to learn the relevant knowledge,to master the LabVIEW programming method,familiar with the standard of several instrument bus.Analysis of engine sensor and actuator working principle,and the corresponding standard waveform,safety,reliability and the corresponding test process,and analyzes the test data detection system based on virtual instrument to build engine operating results.Finally,the BOSCH FSA740 integrated analyzer is used to verify the reliability of the system.
