| The competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce in the new era.The inter-enterprise competition is fundamentally scrambling for talent.The building and cultivation of a skilled personnel team,one of the three necessary talent teams for an enterprise,is of vital importance to the development of a large manufacturing enterprise.This dissertation discusses how to improve Company B’s career development pathway for its skilled employees.The essay detects the problems of the existing career development pathway for operational skilled employees of Company B with a series of methods and puts forward targeted improvement strategies to make the pathway more consistent with the career development characteristics of skilled personnel.The improved pathway is more pertinent and targeted,closely combines individual career development and enterprise development,and can create an iron petroleum army with solid operational skills and strong grassroots backbone ability for the company.The author studied knowledge about human resources,consulted literature and information published in recent years about career development pathways,reviewed relevant theories at home and abroad,and analyzed the practical results of large manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for this essay.This dissertation first points out the problems existing in the current career development pathway for operational skilled employees of Company B according to the results of a questionnaire survey about the current basic development situation,organizational structure,and structure of the skilled team of the company.A set of career development pathways suitable for the growth of operational skilled employees of Company B was established from vertical and horizontal dimensions by means of perfecting the hierarchy,clarifying post responsibilities and qualifications,standardizing the evaluation and recruitment process and establishing a transfer mechanism.Besides,this thesis also puts forward,according to the development characteristics of the company,a series of measures such as establishing a career development planning management system for skilled employees,strengthening the training of operational skilled employees,and introducing incentive methods for innovation and high efficiency to provide organizational guarantee for the construction of a new career development pathway for operational skilled employees of Company B. |
