With the implementation of the three-year action plan for state-owned enterprise reform(2020-2022)issued by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council,the pace of China’s state-owned enterprise reform has been accelerating.As an old state-owned enterprise for more than 60 years,ZB company has carried out "three system reforms" in the process of enterprise restructuring and integration and deepening reform,and established its unique human resource management system and career management mode of state-owned enterprises.Taking ZB company as the research object,combined with the relevant theoretical research of career management,taking employee career management as the starting point,through the analysis of ZB company’s reorganization and integration,organizational structure,current situation of human resource management and current situation of career management in recent years,using the methods of questionnaire and interview,It is found that ZB company has some problems in the process of employee career management,such as insufficient understanding of employee career management,unclear assessment and evaluation standards,lack of guidance for employee career,lack of talent echelon construction mechanism,and training can not be satisfied with career management.This paper diagnoses and analyzes the problems existing in the career management of ZB company,and puts forward the improvement and optimization strategies and corresponding guarantee measures combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.Through the improvement and optimization strategies and relevant safeguard measures for ZB company’s employee career management proposed in this paper,it is conducive to ZB company to build a reasonable and scientific career management system.It provides a certain reference value for ZB company to improve organizational vitality,ensure the construction of talent team and improve human resource management,and promote the implementation of strategy in the process of state-owned enterprise reform.At the same time,it can also help employees plan their career reasonably.The research results of this paper can also provide some reference for the career management of employees in state-owned enterprises in related industries.
